Josh Groban and Annaleigh Ashford both have special guests by their side at the 2023 Tony Awards!

The Sweeney Todd co-stars hit the red carpet with their partners on Sunday night (June 11) at the United Palace Theatre in New York City’s Washington Heights.

Josh, who is nominated for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical, was joined by girlfriend Natalie McQueen. Annaleigh, who is up for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical, was joined by husband Joe Tapper.

Sweeney Todd is nominated for eight awards tonight, including Best Revival of a Musical.

Directed by artistic director Oskar Eustis, this new version of Pulitzer Prize winner Tony Kushner‘s first play—originally about the possibility of the Reagan counter-revolution giving rise to American fascism—shines a light on the vulnerability of American democracy today.

Performances of A Bright Room Called Day began October 29 and are scheduled through December 15.

Kate Walsh keeps it cool and casual while stepping out for Shakespeare In The Park‘s Coriolanus opening night held at Delacorte Theater on Monday (August 5) in New York City.

The 51-year-old Umbrella Academy actress was joined at the event by Isaac Powell, Corey Stoll, Sam Waterston, Annaleigh Ashford along with her husband Joe Tapper, and Come From Away‘s Tamika Lawrence.

Tony winner Daniel Sullivan helms the war-torn tragedy with a principal cast that also features Kate Burton as Volumnia, Teagle F. Bougere as Menenius Agrippa, Tom Nelis as Cominius, and Louis Cancelmi as Tullus Aufidius.

William Shakespeare‘s Coriolanus, The Public Theater’s second free Shakespeare in the Park production, is scheduled to run through August 11 in the Delacorte Theater in Central Park.

The actor celebrated his 41st birthday as he stepped out for the opening of Much Ado About Nothing on Tuesday night (June 11) at the Delacorte Theater in New York City.

Ben Platt and Anthony Rapp are dapper as they hit the red carpet at the opening night party for The Low Road held at The Public Theater on Wednesday (March 7) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actor and Anthony, 46, were joined at the event by Danny Burstein, Annaleigh Ashford, Joe Tapper and Annie Parisse, as well as the stars of the Off-Broadway play Harriet Harris, Chukwudi Iwuji, Chris Perfetti, Daniel Davis, Tessa Albertson, Susannah Perkins, Danny Wolohan, Crystal Dickinson, Aaron Michael Ray and Johnny Newcomb.

Broadway star Annaleigh Ashford has welcomed her first child with hubby Joe Tapper!

The couple welcomed Jack Clark Tapper at 6:36 a.m. in Los Angeles on Thursday (September 8), People reports. Jack weighed in at 7 lbs. 3 oz.

“There are no words to describe our joy when we first met our Jack,” the couple said in a statement.

Along with being a Tony award winning Broadway star, she will also star in The Rocky Horror Picture Show for Fox, and has been featured on Showtime’s Masters of Sex. Congrats to the happy couple!
