Tobey Maguire and Joel Edgerton get into character while continuing work on The Great Gatsby on Wednesday (October 26) in Sydney, Australia.

The 36-year-old actor is playing Nick Carraway in the Baz Luhrmann-directed flick, while Joel takes on the role of Tom Buchanan.

Later in the day, the two actors and co-star Isla Fisher, who was dressed as Myrtle Wilson, filmed some more scenes during an evening shoot.

The Great Gatsby also stars Leonardo DiCaprio (as Jay Gatsby) and Carey Mulligan (Daisy Buchanan).

A shirtless Joel Edgerton goes for a dip in the ocean on Friday (September 16) at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.

The 37-year-old Aussie actor and his Warrior co-star, Tom Hardy, sat down with the L.A. Times earlier this month to chat about their film.

Tom shared that they had to take their daily training regiment “seriously ’cause it was a result-based training. You couldn’t fake it … Two hours of boxing, two hours of jujitsu, two hours of weights, two hours choreography, two hours of weight-lifting.”

Joel added, “And at lunchtime instead of sitting with the crew and eating lunch, our stunt guys would turn up and make us do a workout.”

Tom Hardy poses with his Warrior castmates Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Morrison at a party held at Culina thrown by the editors of InStyle to celebrate their film on Saturday (August 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 33-year-old British actor recently talked about starring in The Dark Knight Rises, which he has been filming this summer.

“It’s such an honor to be asked to be in Batman, full stop,” Tom said. “If I think about it, what I’m doing it, it would be so overwhelming that I probably wouldn’t be able to do the job so I’d rather not talk about it. It’s quite a big deal.”

Jennifer was joined at the party by her boyfriend, Prison Break actor Amaury Nolasco.

FYI: Jennifer is wearing earrings and a ring by Victor Velyan.

Jennifer Garner is all smiles as she hits the set of The Odd Life of Timothy Green on Thursday (August 18) at UCLA in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old actress was joined by her co-star Joel Edgerton, who plays her husband in the film.

The film is about a childless couple who bury a box in their backyard, containing all of their wishes for an infant. Soon, a child is born, though Timothy Green is not all that he appears.

Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton sit down with Vanity Fair‘s Krista Smith to talk about their upcoming action flick, Warrior, in this new video interview from Comic-Con.

The 33-year-old English actor couldn’t share much about The Dark Knight Rises but talked about the crazy training schedule for Warrior!

“Two hours of open weights, two hours of jujitsu, two hours of boxing, two hours of choreography…six days a week!” Tom dished. “We did that for about ten weeks before we started shooting and then we were shooting six day weeks as well.”

Warrior hits theaters on September 9.

Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton team up for a screening of their new movie, Warrior, for Marines at Camp Pendleton in southern California.

The actors, 33 and 37, were joined by their co-star, Jennifer Morrison, at the event, where they met members of the Marine Corps and signed autographs.

“It feels good to be fit and strong,” Tom told JustJared.com at Comic-Con 2011. “It feels good to learn new things, and I think that’s one of the great privileges of being an actor.”
