Jack Ryan season three just debuted on Amazon’s Prime Video streaming service after years of delay.

Season two of the John Krasinski-starrer dropped in 2019 and season three just dropped today (December 21). Now, fans are already wondering if a season four is in the works.

Well, the great news is that Amazon did already green-light a season four!

And even more interestingly, an original cast member will be returning, and a new cast member will be joining to make way for a future spinoff series.

John Krasinski and Michael Kelly are bringing Jack Ryan to Australia!

The two stars of the show stepped out for a preview screening of the show’s upcoming season three at Hoyts Entertainment Quarter on Monday (December 12) in Sydney.

In a recent interview with CBR, John opened up about what fans can expect in the new season, which will be out on Prime Video on December 21.

“He doesn’t know who he can trust, including Greer,” John teased of Jack being on the run when the show returns. “There’s a part of him that doesn’t even trust Greer. Greer is someone who knew about him being burned by the CIA, and according to Jack, didn’t do anything about it.”

He adds, “This whole idea of being on the run and doing whatever your instincts tell you to do, it sounds exciting to Jack Ryan for a split second. Then, he realizes he is not ready for it. He’s not prepared for it, so he actually has to have run-ins with people that he never thought he would see again in life… and certainly people that he hoped to never see again in life.”

John Krasinski isn’t afraid to do his own stunts.

The 43-year-old The Office actor revealed that one of his scenes for Jack Ryan was originally supposed to be done by his stuntman.

“The craziest one was I am thrown out of a Blackhawk helicopter,” John said of action scenes that really stood out to hime.

“It’s in the trailer, so I’m not giving too much away,” he said, not wanting to reveal too much about the upcoming third season.

“And that was not supposed to be me. The stunt guys in the morning had done five or six takes and done a great job, and it was one of our ex-Navy SEALs who were lucky enough to have consultants from the CIA, from the military. And he said, ‘It would be a lot cooler if you did it,’” John told ET Canada.

“And I said, ‘How would that work?’ And he said, ‘Well, how it would work is if I just unbuckled your seatbelt and threw you out right now.’ And he did it right then and there on the show,” he continued.

John then jokingly revealed the name of the ex-Navy SEAL stuntman and said, “His name is Kevin Kent, and he should be in jail.”

John Krasinski is revealing that his daughters actually don’t know what he does for a living.

In a recent interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the 43-year-old Jack Ryan star talked about how a recent run-in with a fan confused one of his daughters, who he shares with Emily Blunt.

John Krasinski is taking his directing duties seriously on the set of his new movie Imaginary Friends.

The 43-year-old Quiet Place actor is directing and appearing in the movie alongside his castmates Ryan Reynolds and Cailey Fleming. He was on-hand to support them through some new scenes that were being filmed on Thursday night (November 10) in Brooklyn, New York.
