The 30-year-old actress signed a document stating that she “could and would competently testify” in a court document obtained by Us Weekly.
Meanwhile, Johnny’s lawyers are seeking to keep non-party witnesses from taking the stand in court since a list of witnesses was not provided before the hearing, People reports.

Amber Heard has withdrawn her request for temporary spousal support in light of accusations that her domestic violence claims are for monetary reasons.
A lawyer for the 30-year-old actress filed a declaration saying she’s withdrawing her request, which would have been handled during Friday’s (June 17) restraining order hearing.
According to TMZ, Amber only filed for it because she thought it was standard in a divorce case but does not want it twisted in the media any further.
In the documents, Amber says it is being “used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence.”
This does not mean that Amber does not want any support though. The documents say she reserves the right to go after spousal support in their divorce once the restraining order is handled.
The 53-year-old actor’s team showed up at the former couple’s home in downtown Los Angeles to remove his personal items like furniture and things on walls, but Amber‘s people think this is a violation of the restraining order.
Johnny is ordered to stay 100 yards away from their home, but part of the order includes a “move-out order” in which the actor is allowed to take personal items he needs.
According to TMZ, Amber‘s team thinks that the opposite side is being “overreaching” as Johnny is not even in the country at the moment.
The 17-year-old and 16-year-old actresses star in the film, which follows the duo as they are forced to fight evil bratwurst that take over a family-owned convenience store.
The girls must team up with a bizarre private detective, played by Johnny Depp, to fight the bratwurst invasion.
Yoga Hosers is set to hit theaters on July 29.

“What I know, there’s a lot of trouble from the girl that sounds a little manipulative,” the 49-year-old actor told the Daily News’ Confidenti@l. “It sounds a little bit like there’s something really twisted about that girl … but I don’t know the specifics.”
“It seems the fact that his mom passed away and she filed for divorce two days later and then she wants money and she’s saying she got hit, it’s almost like, wait, I saw them not too long ago. Maybe it was January, a dinner for the Oscars or something like that,” Benicio said. “He was there with her and they were fine.”
Benicio added that Johnny is “a nice guy, very caring, very smart.”
The 52-year-old actor has been on tour since his ex Amber Heard accused him of domestic violence.
“Johnny was so in his element,” a source told People about Johnny‘s demeanor. “His backing vocals were good. And he was interacting with the audience a lot. He seemed to be having a great time.”
“Johnny thanked [fans] in Romanian, which the crowd really enjoyed. The crowd was screaming with joy. There was lots of clapping and cheering,” blogger Ionut Bunescu added to the site. “He also thanked [fans] a lot in English and said that he loves us. He seemed really happy all the time, he smiled a lot, and threw guitar picks and his scarves into the crowd.”
