Daniel Radcliffe hits the red carpet with Evan Rachel Wood and Weird Al Yankovic for the premiere of Weird at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on Tuesday (November 1) in New York City.
The trio of stars were joined by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jonathan Groff at the event, along with director Eric Appel.
During a recent interview, Daniel opened up about just who he was a bit worried about seeing the flick.

Jonathan Groff is Lea Michele‘s biggest fan, and he just paid her a lofty compliment.
The 37-year-old Hamilton actor and 36-year-old Funny Girl star have worked together since teens when they starred in Spring Awakening. Later they played a couple on Glee, and their friendship has remained strong over the years.
Jonathan opened up about their relationship and Lea‘s critically lauded return to Broadway in an essay, and he revealed how she is doing something good for New York.

Jonathan Groff encouraged his best friend Lea Michele to make a change to the Broadway revival of Funny Girl when she joined the cast as Fanny Brice earlier this month.
The Tony-nominated actor was in the crowd at Lea‘s first performance on September 6 and he cried throughout the entire show, which she could even hear while on stage.
“I cried so hard. She told me she could hear me. She was like, ‘I could hear you crying from like the first two minutes of the thing,’” Jonathan told Variety in a recent interview. “She blew me away. I knew she would be amazing, but I was not anticipating this woman to appear with such class and grace and style.”
Jonathan also opened up about the change he encouraged Lea to make.

The trailer for M. Night Shyamalan‘s next movie has been released and it looks terrifying!
Jonathan Groff and Ben Aldridge star in the upcoming horror film, which will be released in theaters on February 3, 2023.
Here is the synopsis: “While vacationing at a remote cabin, a young girl (Kristen Cui) and her parents (Groff and Aldridge) are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.”
The four strangers are played by Dave Bautista, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Abby Quinn, and Rupert Grint.
The film is based on the book “The Cabin at the End of the World” by Paul Tremblay.

Lea Michele made her Broadway debut as Funny Girl‘s Fanny Brice Tuesday (September 6), and photos are emerging from the show!
The 36-year-old Glee alum took over the role, first played by Barbra Streisand, from 29-year-old Beanie Feldstein and was greeted with four standing ovations before the show’s first intermission.
Lea had more than a few famous fans in the audience. Ryan Murphy and Jonathan Groff, both of whom worked with her on Glee, were seen hugging. Jonathan also posed for a photo with John Gallagher Jr.

Jonathan Groff and Tony winner Lindsay Mendez are joining the previously announced Daniel Radcliffe in the upcoming production at Off-Broadway’s New York Theatre Workshop.
The revival of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth‘s beloved musical will be directed by Olivier winner Maria Friedman, who previously directed productions of the musical in the UK.
“Told in reverse chronological order, the musical explores the relationships between composer Franklin Shepard (Groff) and his lifelong friends—Charley (Radcliffe), a lyricist and playwright, and Mary (Mendez), a writer—across three decades,” according to Playbill.
Preview performances begin on November 21 ahead of an official opening on December 12. The limited engagement will end on January 8.
There’s a movie version of Merrily that is currently in the works, but you won’t be seeing it in theaters for a LONG time.
Lea Michele has officially started rehearsals for her performance in Funny Girl!
The 35-year-old actress just wrapped up the first leg of her Life in Music tour and now she’s in rehearsals for her return to Broadway.
Lea took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning (July 26) to share a photo of the Funny Girl script. She captioned the post, “Here we go…”
Later in the day, Lea shared her text message exchange with BFF Jonathan Groff, who wished her luck on her first day of work.
