Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Emily Blunt, and Bruce Willis attend the premiere of their film Looper held during the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (September 5) in Canada.

The film takes place in 2072, when the mob wants to get rid of someone, the target is sent 30 years into the past, where a hired gun awaits. Someone like Joe (Gordon-Levitt), who one day learns the mob wants to ‘close the loop’ by transporting back Joe’s future self (Willis).

Earlier in the day, Joseph and Bruce attended a photo call for the film.

Emily was joined at the premiere by her husband John Krasinski.

Get ready for Seth MacFarlane, Daniel Craig, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt on this upcoming season of Saturday Night Live!

The three entertainers have just been announced as the first three hosts for the show’s 38th season, according to EW.

Seth will host the comedy sketch show’s premiere on September 15 with musical guest Frank Ocean.

Joseph will host the following week for the second time, alongside Mumford & Sons who will be making their SNL debut.

On October 6, Daniel will host the show with musical guest Muse.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt attends the premiere of his film Premium Rush on Wednesday (August 22) at the Regal Union Square Theater in New York City.

The 31-year-old actor was joined on the red carpet by his co-stars Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung.

Premium Rush is about a Manhattan bike messenger (Gordon-Levitt) who picks up an envelope that attracts the interest of a dirty cop (Michael Shannon), who pursues the cyclist throughout the city. The film hits theaters on August 24.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is dashing in a red suit for Playboy‘s 20 Questions feature in the mag’s September 2012 issue, on newsstands August 17.

Here is what the 31-year-old Looper actor had to share with the mag:

On what he looks for in a woman: “Making checklists of things you’re looking for in a person is the numero uno thing you can do to guarantee you’ll be alone forever. You can’t meet someone and think, Do they have everything I want in a person? You just have to pay attention, keep your eyes open, listen to people and be present. I guess what I look for in a girl is someone who’s doing that too. Beyond that there’s not much more I would specify, because you never f**king know, man.”

On why his Dark Knight Rises co-star Christian Bale has called him an “intriguing guy”: “We had a f**king great time every day working on that movie. I felt as though I’d transferred in for senior year and had a graduation celebration. You felt a huge sense of accomplishment and closure. Everyone on that movie did such good, dignified work. No one came to phone it in or just cash a check.”

On people wanting him to get together with 500 Days of Summer co-star Zooey Deschanel: “It’s awkward when people say that. Whatever. Zooey and I just think it’s funny. It is funny. We’ve been friends for 10 years. She loves movies, music and art, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable about that stuff. She’s turned me on to so many good movies and so much good music. It’s fun just to have conversations, watch movies with her and stuff like that.”
