Josh Brolin checks in at the airport while getting ready for a departing flight out of LAX on Friday (May 24) in Los Angeles.

It was just announced that the 45-year-old actor’s upcoming movie Oldboy had its release date pushed back from October 11 to October 25.

The film will now go up against Paranormal Activity 5 on its opening weekend.

Oldboy is a provocative, visceral thriller that follows the story of an advertising executive (Brolin) who is abruptly kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement. When he is inexplicably released, he embarks on an obsessive mission to discover who orchestrated his bizarre and torturous punishment only to find he is still trapped in a web of conspiracy and torment. Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are divorcing after eight years of marriage, JustJared.com can confirm.

“Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage” their rep said in the statement about the 48-year-old actress and 45-year-old actor.

“It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over,” a source told the Us Weekly about the duo, who reportedly split up months ago.

The couple got married in 2004 and have no children together.

Check out Josh Brolin‘s mugshot after being arrested for public intoxication just before midnight on Tuesday (January 1) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 44-year-old actor was booked into jail at 3:02 A.M. and then released four hours later.

Josh was not given a citation for the arrest, so he will not need to head to court over the incident, according to TMZ.

Sources shared that Josh had “too much fun” while celebrating the first day of the new year with a bunch of his pals.
