Warner Bros. has confirmed that Dune 2 is officially moving forward!
“I just received news from Legendary that we are officially moving forward with Dune: Part Two,” director Denis Villeneuve said in a statement. “It was a dream of mine to adapt Frank Herbert’s Dune and I have the fans, the cast, and crew, Legendary and Warner Bros. to thank for supporting this dream. This is only the beginning.”

The new movie Dune is out NOW and fans will probably want to know if they should stick around for an end credits scene after the movie is over.
Lots of films, especially Marvel and DC Comics ones, have additional scenes during and after the credits to tease upcoming movies in the franchise.
It’s widely expected that Dune is going to have a sequel, so it seems logical that an end credits scene might be included in the new movie.

Josh Brolin is enjoying a day out in Venice!
The 53-year-old Avengers: Endgame actor snapped some photos with his phone as he and a few friends did some sightseeing on a water taxi on Sunday afternoon (September 5) in Venice, Italy.

For his outing, Josh kept things cool and casual in a black shirt and sunglasses while he traveled around the canals of Venice.
Just a few days before, Josh joined co-stars Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, and Oscar Isaac on the red carpet at the world premiere of their highly-anticipated new movie Dune at the 2021 Venice Film Festival.

Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Timothee Chalamet, and Zendaya were just some of the stars who stepped out for the event on Friday (September 3) in Venice, Italy.
More cast members in attendance included Dave Bautista, Javier Bardem, Stellan Skarsgard, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, and Chang Chen, as well as director Denis Villeneuve.
During a press conference, Denis urged fans to see the movie on the big screen.
“At the end of the day these are difficult times for everybody, safety first, if the audience feels comfortable I encourage them to watch it on the big screen,” he said (via Variety). “It has been dreamed, designed, shot, thinking IMAX. When you watch this movie on the big screen, it is a physical experience. We tried to design it to be as immersive as possible.”

Josh Brolin and wife Kathryn have landed in Venice!
The 53-year-old actor and his wife, 33, were seen making their way out of the airport and onto a water taxi after their flight into Italy on Wednesday afternoon (September 1).
As they did some sightseeing on the canal, Josh sported a navy buttoned-down shirt and brown jeans while Kathryn looked pretty in a white dress and sneakers.
While on the water taxi, Josh took to Instagram to share a cute selfie of he and Kathryn.
“Beauty and The Beast. ❤️❤️” Josh captioned the below post.
Josh and Kathryn are in town to attend the 2021 Venice Film Festival where his new movie Dune will have its world premiere on Friday, September 3.
