Josh Duggar is under arrest.

The 33-year-old 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On reality TV star was arrested on Thursday (April 29) in Arkansas, Page Six reported.

He was held in federal custody in Washington County, TMZ added, and he’s being held in a detention center without bail according to the report.

TMZ also obtained the mug shot, which shows the TV star posing with a smirk on his face.

Back in November of 2019, Homeland Security agents came to the car dealership where he works in Arkansas to raid his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh‘s only known current legal dispute is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It’s unclear exactly why he’s been arrested or what the charges are, although the reason appears to be more severe.

The 19 Kids and Counting stars, ages 22 and 31, respectively, welcomed their sixth child – Maryella Hope Duggar – into the world on Wednesday (November 27), Us Weekly reports.

Maryella was born at 9:12 a.m. She weighed 8 pounds and 2 ounces, and measured 20 1/2 inches.

“On Thanksgiving eve our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratefulness for the arrival of our sixth child!” the happy parents said in a statement. “Maryella Hope arrived this morning at 9:12am. 8 pounds and 2 ounces, 20 inches long. Anna had a fast labor and delivery without complications. We are so thankful for a beautiful, healthy baby girl!”

Anna and Josh Duggar are revealing the sex of their sixth child together.

The 30-year-old and 31-year-old married couple unveiled the news with a reveal on Instagram on Thursday (June 20).

In the reveal, one of their sons pours water over a gold beehive, which bubbled with pink foam.

“It’s a girl!” the kids yell.

“This is the 6th gender reveal for our little family and it always so exciting! Each child God has given us is unique and special — we all look forward to the arrival of our daughter / sister this fall!” Anna wrote.

“When I was expecting Kynzie, Grandma Duggar excitedly told me of a ‘new trend’ that featured baking a gender reveal cake. Grandma asked if she and Amy could bake one for us?!?! Josh and I loved the idea and that was our plan…until our producers heard about the idea and it grew quite a bit!”

“All that to say, Grandma was the one who sparked this special tradition for our family and it sounds like a lot of other families have enjoyed the idea over the years as well! With Grandma’s passing last week, this 6th gender reveal is a reminder of her love — I’m so glad we were able to share the news of our third little girl with Great-Grandma before she went to be with Jesus! #littleduggars.”

If you didn’t know, Grandma Marry Duggar drowned accidentally after slipping in a pool.

Anna and Josh have five children: Mackynzie, 9, Michael, 7, Marcus, 5, Meredith, 3, and Mason, 19 months.

Josh and Anna Duggar are expecting their fifth child, just two years after his cheating scandal.

The couple announced the news on the family’s website, explaining that they have been rebuilding their lives since Josh admitted that he had been unfaithful to his wife and entered a faith-based rehab center.

“For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family. Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust,” they wrote.

Josh and Anna added, “We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time…As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year. Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!”

Josh Duggar has left his faith-based rehab facility after spending six-months there for pornography addiction and cheating on his wife Anna.

“Josh has completed his residential rehabilitation program. We are so thankful for everyone who worked with Josh in this program. It was a crucial first step in recovery and healing for Josh. Josh has now returned to Arkansas, where he will continue professional counseling and focus on rebuilding relationships with his family. We look to God for help and guidance and place all of our trust in Him. We are forever grateful for the love and prayers offered by so many and hope you will continue to pray in the days ahead,” a statement read (via Us Weekly).

Josh admitted to cheating on his wife last year after his name was linked to Ashley Madison. They have four kids together: Marcus, Meredith, Michael, and Mackynzie.
