Derek Hough goes shirtless after a hike up Fryman Canyon on Saturday afternoon (August 13) in Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old dancer/actor met up with sister Julianne Hough for their next Move Interactive hike.
“We had such a fun #moveinteractive today! From the couple that came from Brazil to San Diego and took a grey hound bus up to LA to be with us, to Bella and her family that have been to every MOVE interactive and has made this a special thing to do together as a family,” Julianne wrote on Instagram afterwards.
She continued, “To our repeat Move Ambassadors to our first timers like the next Olympic Gymnast @vahik5 in the front row right there! It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from, how old or young, what nationality or religious belief, everyone is welcome to join our growing community and MOVEment! We love you guys so much… Until the next one!!! All my love, light and Joy Jules xoxo.”
Derek Hough is all about the denim while heading to grab an early dinner on Wednesday (August 10) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 31-yeaar-old Dancing With the Stars pro met up with some friends, including his sister Julianne.
The day before, Derek was spotted stopping by Earthbar for a smoothie.

Here’s what the 27-year-old actress shared with the glossy:
On discovering a routine that she loves: “I exercise three to six times a week, but usually I do five days of hard-core training. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I do Tracy Anderson or Body by Simone or I work out with my trainer, Astrid Swan. Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do Core Power Yoga, which I love. If I’m doing something special, like shooting the SHAPE cover, or when I want to tone up quickly, I’ll also take a SoulCycle class. Saturdays, I go on a really long hike with my friends or take another yoga class, depending on how I feel. Sunday is my reboot day. I try to eat healthy and do something outside like walk my dogs. I relax, enjoy the day and get mentally and spiritually prepared for the week. It gets me excited for what’s ahead.”
On eating clean: “I try to stick with foods that don’t come in boxes. I don’t want a whole paragraph of ingredients in my body. Brooks [her fiancé] and I generally eat protein and veggies. For a boost of energy, I mix in quinoa or rice sometimes. If Brooks had his way, we’d have steamed chicken and broccoli every day. That’s too boring for me, and when I get bored I tend to binge eat. Last night we made baked salmon with rosemary and lemon and broccoli, onions, and cherry tomatoes. It took only 20 minutes and was really delicious.”
On her exercise inspiration: “If I have a really cute outfit on when I exercise, it inspires me to work harder. I want those clothes to look good on my body.”
Julianne is also pictured going to and from the gym on Tuesday (August 9) and Wednesday (August 10) in Los Angeles.
