Jodie Sweetin‘s ex fiance Justin Hodak has been sentenced to six years and eight months in a state prison.

Justin was found guilty of possession of a deadly weapon and of falsifying evidence by threatening a witness with force or implied force, E! News reports.

Jodie ended her engagement with Justin back in March and just a few days later he was arrested for violating a restraining order she got against him.

Justin will be placed on a five-year probation upon his release and will be mandated to enroll in a 52-week domestic violence treatment program and has been ordered to turn over his gun.

Justin was arrested on Monday (March 27) in Sherman Oaks, Calif. after Jodie spotted a suspicious car hanging outside of her home.

The order said that Justin has to remain 100 yards away from Jodie, but when cops arrived they saw he was too close to her home and they stopped his car to arrest him. You can watch the arrest happen in the video below.

Jodie broke up with Justin after they had a massive fight, which she said was triggered by his use of steroids and alcohol, according to TMZ.
