Chris Pratt chats with Chris Hemsworth as they prepare to film Thor: Love and Thunder on Monday (February 1) in Sydney, Australia.

The pair will be back as their characters Star-Lord and Thor in the upcoming Marvel movie. Also seen on set that day were other Guardians of the Galaxy actors Karen Gillan, who portrays Nebula, and Sean Gunn, who plays Kraglin Obfonteri. Check out all the photos from the set in the gallery below.

Thor: Love and Thunder, aka Thor 4, recently got a brand new cast member and he’s new to the Marvel universe. He’s also very good pals with Chris Hemsworth himself!

Karen Gillan has confirmed fans theories that she’d be returning as Nebula in Thor: Love and Thunder.

The 33-year-old actress recently touched down in Sydney, Australia ahead of filming and while quarantining took to her Instagram Story to take part in a trend called Assumptions.

When one fan wrote in that she was wearing a wig in preparation to play Nebula again, Karen set the assumption straight.

“I’m not, this is the REAL DEAL. This is my hair,” Karen shared. “I cut it the other day in preparation for Nebula, so that we don’t have to get so much hair into the bald cap because I have so much hair, it’s unbelievable. It’s just so thick.”

This makes Karen the third Guardians of the Galaxy star reprising her role for the upcoming film, that will be directed by Taika Waititi.

Her co-stars Dave Bautista and Chris Pratt will also be in the film, as will this original Thor star!

While there is no official plot yet, we do know that Natalie Portman is returning as Jane and will also be the first Lady Thor in the film, alongside Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, and Christian Bale.

It’s also rumored that Matt Damon will even be part of the movie.

Awkwafina and Karen Gillan are reuniting!

The 31-year-old Crazy Rich Asians star and the 32-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy actress are set to team up in the upcoming action-comedy Shelly, Deadline reported Thursday (May 28).

The two co-starred in Jumanji: The Next Level together, and will reunite for this Jude Weng-directed film.

Here’s a plot summary: “The story place a decade after an embarrassing prom prank ran Shelly Wheeler (Awkwafina) out of town and so hardened her heart that she became an ice-cold hit-woman. Revenge threatens to be sweet when she learns her next target is her former high school tormentor, Dianna Park (Gillan). But when Dianna unexpectedly befriends Shelly, the assassin finds herself in with the cool crowd, protecting her old nemesis against another hit crew hired to kill them both. The tone is Mean Girls meets Barry.”

Harrison Ford is stepping out for the premiere of his new movie The Call of the Wild!

The 77-year-old actor joined co-stars Omar Sy, pregnant Cara Gee, and Karen Gillan took to the red carpet at the movie’s premiere on Thursday (February 13) at El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles.

Fellow cast members at the premiere included Colin Woodell and Terry Notary along with director Chris Sanders.

Here’s the synopsis: “The Call of the Wild vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Alaskan Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s.”

It continues, “As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team–and later its leader–Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master.”

The Call of the Wild will be out in theaters on February 21 – check out the trailer!

Tessa Thompson strikes a pose as she arrives at the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night (February 9) at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 36-year-old Thor: Ragnarok actress bared some leg in a mint-colored dress paired with a black harness as she stepped out for the event.

Karen Gillan is opening up about an important organization that is near and dear to her heart in her feature with A Book Of magazine.

The 32-year-old Jumanji star shined a light on Mikey’s Line, which will benefit from the sales of her feature. Mikey’s Line is the largest suicide prevention hotline in Scotland.

“It’s very important to me just because it’s a text service in the area where the film [The Party's Just Beginning] was set. It’s where I’m from, Inverness, at the top of Scotland where the suicide rate is really high among young men,” she shares.

Karen adds that the rate is actually “much higher than the rest of Scotland or Europe I think.”

“Their service is incredible and it’s all anonymous. It’s helping a lot of people out there to communicate. Especially men who have a harder time conveying their emotions and they don’t want to appear vulnerable or show weakness. I think we all need to work hard to make sure that it’s not seen as weakness to show your emotions.”

Just recently, Karen shared the number with her 1.2 million followers on Twitter.

Karen Gillan dished on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (December 17) about her time on the Jumanji: The Next Level set with co-stars Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart!

As host Jimmy asked, “Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson, they were both here last week. Which do you prefer of the two? Be honest.”

“Neither of them, because they torment me relentlessly! It’s unbelievable,” Karen hilariously responded.

“They make fun of me a lot. And they try to impersonate Scottish accents very badly. It’s a travesty to listen to,” Karen continued. “They sound like someone doing a bad impression of Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.”

Karen also talked about only being a part of big franchise movies (she plays Nebula in the Avengers): “I know, it’s such a weird thing,” Gillan replied. “Everything is very big and franchise-y, but I feel really excited to be involved in things that people actually care about. It’s quite rare.”
