The 34-year-old mom Kate hid behind a pair of sunglasses and a floppy hat while checking iPhone.

On Thursday, Kate was seen picking up her brand new Toyota Land Cruiser. Maybe the car needed a few adjustments?

Meanwhile, her soon-to-be-ex-husband Jon Gosselin was seen playing on the lawn with daughters Hannah and Alexis (pictured below).

Just last night, Jon & Kate announced that they will be getting a divorce.

Jon & Kate Gosselin have filed for divorce after ten years of marriage, according to sources close to People.

Documents were filed at the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown, Penn., on Monday afternoon.

This announcement appeared to be a long time coming after their contentious relationship continued to be filled with more and more tension.

Kate made a statement, saying, “”Over the course of this weekend, Jon‘s activities have left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to protect myself and our children. While there are reasons why it was appropriate and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As always, my first priority remains our children.”

Jon released his own statement, saying, “”This afternoon, Kate filed for divorce. Our kids are still my number one priority. I love them and want to make sure they stay happy, healthy and safe. My job is being the best, most supportive and loving father that I can be to my kids, and not being married to Kate doesn’t change that.”

We wish the best for Jon & Kate and their eight adorable children during this difficult time.

Sporting a backwards cap and Ed Hardy clothes, Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin rushes one of his sextuplets, 5-year-old son Aaden, to the pediatrics hospital on Saturday (June 20) in Reading, Penn.

Aaden walked out of the doctor with a bandage over his left eye but it looks like he’ll be okay!

Mama Kate Gosselin apparently is getting in some alone time this weekend. She took off by herself so that the kids (all eight of them) could spend Father’s Day weekend with Jon.

Kate Gosselin picks up her brand new wheels, a black Toyota Land Cruiser, at a parking lot on Thursday (June 18) in Reading, Penn.

The 34-year-old mother of eight recently said on a new TV clip, “We’ve been dealing with this for a long time.” Her husband Jon continued, “It just got worse and worse and worse.”

Kate ended with, “We can’t go back now, we can only go forward. And that’s what we’re going to do. And we’re gonna learn a lot going forward and I know we’ll come out of this on the other side hopefully stronger, better, wiser.” Check out the interviews on Extra.

One big happy family?

Jon & Kate Gosselin are seen together for the first time in a number of months playing with their eight kids on Wednesday afternoon (June 17) in their front lawn.

Upon coming home, Jon kissed two daughters on the head while Kate played with the other children.

Looks like Kate is giving Alexis a spinning ride while she holds her Starbucks coffee!

Kate Gosselin drops by a local bank as she runs a few errands with a bodyguard on Tuesday (June 16) in Reading, Penn.

The 34-year-old registered nurse recently got a ‘touch-up‘ on her famous hair over the weekend.

In yesterday’s episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8, the Gosselins were visited by American Chopper‘s Junior and Mikey Teutul. In the show, the guys gave Kate a colorful pink Vespa which was later donated to the Ronald McDonald House.
