The commercial also stars the all-new 2013 Mercedes-Benz CLA, Willem Dafoe, and rising actor Sebastian Beacon and “tells a tongue-in-cheek story of how far a person might – or might not – go to get their heart’s desire.”

Stacy Keibler, Kate Upton, and Ashley Greene arrive at the grand opening of Andrea’s restaurant at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel on Wednesday (January 16) in Las Vegas.

The three ladies were joined at the event by Krysten Ritter, Maria Menounos, Havana Brown, Afrojack, and Elijah Wood, who served as DJ for the night.

Kate Upton heads into Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks take on the Houston Rockets on Monday night (December 17) in New York City.

The 20-year-old model recently returned from a 10 day cruise from Argentina to Antarctica, where she participated in a photo shoot wearing just a bikini in under 35 below zero degrees temperatures!

Kate only faced the cold for a few minutes at a time before covering up in a long fur coat while posing in front of icebergs and penguin-filled island. Check out the photos on TMZ!

Kate Upton takes the cover of British Vogue‘s January 2013 issue.

The 20-year-old model was interviewed by fashion features director Sarah Harris for the issue.

“Growing up, she idolised Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum. In the flesh, this all-American beauty resembles a young Anna Nicole Smith or Marilyn Monroe; her face is very pretty and perfectly symmetrical,” the feature says.

“When I decided to shoot Kate for our first cover of 2013, it was to kick off the year with a young women who is not a stereotypical fashion model – although, let’s face it, she’s hardly a heffalump!,” photographer Alexandra Shulman told the mag.

Kate Upton shares a laugh with photographers while exiting JFK Airport on Monday (November 19) after arriving in New York City.

It was just announced that the 20-year-old model will star alongside Usher in a Mercedes-Benz 60 second commercial set to air during the Super Bowl.

“Who wouldn’t have fun shooting the Mercedes-Benz Super Bowl commercial? Better tune in come game time. I can’t wait!” Kate said about the opportunity.

JJ Fun Fact: Kate is starring in the car commercial even though she doesn’t actually have a license. Don’t worry… she won’t be driving in the spot!

Kate Upton is super sexy in a one piece bathing suit in this new feature from Vogue‘s November 2012 issue, on newsstands October 23.

Here’s what the 20-year-old model had to share with the mag, which features cover gal Rihanna:

On learning about the modeling industry: “Coming from a sports-­fanatic family, I really didn’t know a lot about the small fashion circles. When I was able to accomplish that, I slowly started figuring things out—­and when I have a goal. I do everything to accomplish it.”

On keeping a good body image: “I don’t want to starve myself. I still want to hang out with my family and be a normal girl. You have to be confident, and that doesn’t mean starving yourself.”

On feeling good about herself and others: “When I lived in Florida, the swimsuit was the key wardrobe piece. I lived ten minutes from the beach, but I never sat there and said, ‘I want to be every man’s fantasy.’ It wasn’t a big deal to be in a bathing suit. Now, whenever girls come up to me saying they’re happy to see I am confident about my body, it makes me feel good that I am contributing in a way among people my age, people who could be my friends.”
