John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston attend the 2013 Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre Gala on Saturday evening (August 24) in Los Angeles.

The 59-year-old actor reportedly got up on stage at the event to make a plea to save artists from drugs. There have been rumors that John was leaving Scientology, but it seems his presence at the event shoots them down.

Orange Is the New Black‘s Laura Prepon, Parenthood‘s Erika Christensen, Jenna Elfman and husband Bodhi, and Michael Pena were all spotted attending the gala that evening as well.

Miranda Kerr strikes a pose as she attends the Qantas Gala Dinner held at Sydney Domestic Airport on Thursday (April 18) in Sydney, Australia.

The 29-year-old supermodel was joined at the event by John Travolta, his wife Kelly Preston, Qantas CEO Alan Joyce, designer Martin Grant, and Australian singer Tina Arena.

John Travolta hits the carpet at the 2013 Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at Sunset Tower on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 59-year-old actor was joined at the party by his wife Kelly Preston. The couple reportedly pulled up to the party in a classic 1960 Rolls Royce Phantom!

During the show, John stepped out on stage to present the movie musicals tribute performance and received some criticism afterward for his pronunciation of “Les Miserables”.
