Jessica Simpson and BFF Ken Paves are spotted after eating dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.

The pop-turned-country singer is eager to start touring with Rascal Flatts in mid-January, telling the Chicago Tribune at her Fancy fragrance launch in Chicago: “I can’t wait to be a part of their show and let everyone know that I do actually sing and I’m not just in tabloids.”

She went on to express: “I am a very shy person, but I do believe that God has blessed me with a gift that I need to share. I always wanted to be entertaining in some way. Whether it’s cooking dinner for a best friend or [onstage], I try to do it up right.”

Ken tried to protect Jessica from photographers, but ended up getting struck in the face by a photographer’s camera. Jessica then had to drive him to Cedar-Sinai in West Hollywood for stitches.

Jessica‘s latest movie, Major Movie Star will be released on DVD as Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous, available in stores on February 3, 2009.

Jennifer Lopez channels her inner Greek goddess as she poses for a mystery photo shoot in Greece on Sunday.

The 39-year-old triple threat posed for local photographer Spyros Poros on the ancient Erechtheion, on the north side of the sacred rock of the Acropolis in Athens. Jennifer received a helping hand from husband Marc Anthony, manager Benny Medina and hairstylist to the stas Ken Paves.

One fan wrote on Jen‘s fan site: “She looks absolutely gorgeous. The whole town is at her feet. She is very friendly and waves to the cameras.”

Jessica Simpson leaves Beso restaurant after a night out with hairdresser BFF Ken Paves in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old aspiring country singer is reportedly on the hunt for a new love nest with boyfriend Tony Romo. According to Life & Style, the 28-year-old Dallas Cowboys quarterback has plunked down nearly $700,000 for a six-bedroom, four-bath, 5,551 square foot mansion in Irving, Texas.

Tony reportedly roped in Jessica as his interior decorator. “What she’s planning to do with the place is awesome,” says an insider close to Jess, 28. “It’s a little outdated, so the renovations are probably going to end up costing more than the house itself. And Tony totally trusts her.”

Jessica Simpson carries out one of her friend’s sons after having lunch at a Santa Monica restaurant on Wednesday. One of said friends being hairdresser BFF Ken Paves, of course.

This past weekend, Jessica, 27, met beau Tony Romo‘s parents over dinner at an Olive Garden in Janesville, Wisc.

“She scooted up next to him during the meal,” the restaurant’s general manager Doug Belfanz tells People. “They were acting like a couple. They were laughing. It was just a big family being out.”
