Emma Thompson and Kevin Kline have officially joined the cast of the live-action Beauty and the Beast film!

The actors will be playing the roles of Mrs. Potts and Belle’s father Maurice, respectively. Emma has been long-rumored for the role and we’re excited that it has been confirmed finally.

It was also just announced that the film will be released in 3D on March 17, 2017. Also confirmed for the movie are Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, and Josh Gad. Production begins in May at Shepperton Studios in London.

Alan Menken will score the film and write some new songs with Tim Rice to accompany his classic Oscar-winning songs from the original animated film.

Robert De Niro and Michael Douglas stand side-by-side on stage to accept the key to the city at the Bellagio Hotel on Sunday (October 20) in Las Vegas, Nev.

The actors were joined at the ceremony by their co-stars Kevin Kline, Mary Steenburgen, and Morgan Freeman, as well as the film’s director Jon Turteltaub.

Last Vegas follows three sixty-something friends who take a break from their day-to-day lives to throw a bachelor party in Las Vegas for their last remaining single pal.
