Freida Pinto is all smiles while attending the photo call for her latest film Guerilla held during Mipcom 2016 at Palais des Festivals on Monday (October 17) in Cannes, France.

“Boom!! �’��’��’� Team Guerrilla is here #mipcom2016 #Guerrilla,” the (newly) 32-year-old actress captioned with her Instagram post at the event.

That same day, Kiefer Sutherland attended his photo call for Designated Survivor while Jenna Coleman posed for photographs at her Victoria photo call.

Kiefer Sutherland and Julia Roberts were famously in love in the early 1990s and the actress called off their engagement just days before their wedding.

The 49-year-old Designated Survivor actor is opening up about his former relationship 25 years later and why he is grateful that Julia called it off.

“I think she was being realistic for herself and I think that’s much better,” Kiefer told People. “I think it’s hard to explain the pressure. We were young and we were both very much in love and we had decided that we wanted to get married.”

Julia and Kiefer met on the set of Flatliners, which was released in 1990.

“She was arguably the most famous woman in the world and this wedding that was supposed to be something between the two of us became something so big,” Kiefer added. “And then in the middle of that I think she had the courage ― it wasn’t what she wanted to do in the end. And I think it took a lot of courage, in amongst all that other stuff, to be able to say, ‘I can’t do this.’ And I’m gonna leave it at that.”

Kiefer Sutherland stars as Tom Kirkman, a lower-level cabinet member who is suddenly appointed President of the United States after a catastrophic attack on the US Capitol during the State of the Union. In this dramatic thriller, Kirkman will struggle to keep the country and his own family from falling apart, while navigating the highly-volatile political arena and while leading the search to find who is responsible for the attack.

Viola Davis, Hayley Atwell, and Regina King walk the carpet at the ABC TCA Summer Tour Party held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (August 4) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 35-year-old Newsroom actress was joined at the show by Matt Bomer, Norman Reedus, Kiefer Sutherland, and Terry Crews.

Olivia was honored with the Jean-Claude Gahd Dam Award that night.

Kiefer Sutherland looks sharp as he arrives on the red carpet at the 2016 ABC Upfront Presentation on Tuesday (May 17) in New York City.

The 49-year-old actor was representing his new series on the network, Designated Survivor, about a “lower-level cabinet member who unexpectedly becomes president after a devastating attack on Washington.”

Kiefer was joined by his co-stars Maggie Q and Kal Penn at the presentation.

Fox debuted their first trailer for 24: Legacy during the 2016 Fox Upfront Presentation held at the Beacon Theatre on Monday (May 16) in New York City.

The new series is the next evolution of Kiefer Sutherland‘s hit show 24 and will be executive produced by the actor.

24: Legacy stars Eric Carter, Rebecca Ingram and John Donovan as they face a race against the clock to stop a devastating terrorist attack on United States soil.

The new series is set to premiere this fall.
