Kris Allen plays a one-man game of football at Miami’s Land Shark Stadium before performing at the Dolphins tailgate party on Friday (October 23).

The 24-year-old American Idol winner met Dolphins cheerleaders, did his best Heisman Trophy impression and threw a few spirals while out on the field.

Kris Allen performs a special concert for Seton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday (October 15). The school had won a contest and raised over $5000 for breast cancer research.

The 24-year-old American Idol champ sang his hit single “Live Like We’re Dying” for the first time live and covered a Britney Spears classic, “Hit Me… Baby One More Time.” (Apparently it’s his favorite song to sing in the shower.)

His current single is “Live Like We’re Dying” and the album is scheduled for release on November 17th.

About five days ago, Kris was asked how close he was to finishing the album. He told EW, “We’re still writing some more songs for the album, and just putting some finishing touches on other tracks, going back to do some minor vocal takes, and that’s kind of it. We have a lot of songs that are almost done, and with a little bit of work we’ll have them completely done.”

Kris Allen and Adam Lambert perform at the opening night gala of ‘American Idols Live!’ 2009 Tour held at The Staples Center on Monday (July 20) in Los Angeles.

In a recent interview with E!, Allison Iraheta and Adam Lambert talked about their favorite moment in the tour so far. “Adam and I were singing ‘Slow Ride,’ and all of a sudden a big-ass pink bra is thrown on the stage, and I picked it up with my foot and threw it to him and we had fun,” Allison said.

“That was my favorite moment on tour so far,” Adam added. “It cracked me up. And then wadded-up panties came onstage, and it looked a bit funky. I picked up the bra and flung it back out in the audience. But the panty, I just slid it around the stage with my foot. I didn’t want to touch it”.”
