Kate McKinnon is back on Saturday Night Live, and she kicked off the December 16 episode with the opening monologue!

The 39-year-old comedian and Barbie star was a longtime SNL fan-favorite before leaving in 2022. She returned for the newest episode alongside musical guest Billie Eilish.

During the opening monologue, she joked about why she left the late-night show behind, talked her summer blockbuster and sang a song with some special guests.

Sean Penn bumped into Kristen Wiig during his recent trip to the beach!

The 62-year-old Black Files star and the 49-year-old actress were spotted hugging after running into each other at a beach in L.A. on Sunday (July 16).

The pair were seen chatting together before heading back to their respective towels. Sean played catch with his golden retriever while Kristen soaked up the sun.

So many celebs showed up to help Carol Burnett celebrate her 90th birthday a little early!

The legendary comedian and actress was joined by pals like Julie Andrews, Cher, and Katy Perry for the taping of NBC’s Carol Burnett: 90 Years of Laughter + Love special on Thursday (March 2) in Los Angeles.

The special will feature musical performances from top entertainers and celebrity appearances from so many of Carol‘s friends and admirers in Hollywood.

You can watch the special on Wednesday, April 26 at 8/7c on NBC and the next day on Peacock. It will air on the night of Carol’s actual birthday.

Sausage Party is returning!!!

Prime Video has ordered an animated series, Sausage Party: Foodtopia, based on the 2016 animated feature film. The original movie starred Seth Rogen, James Franco, Paul Rudd, Kristen Wiig, and more.

Several of the film’s original stars are returning, but based on the press release, it looks like a bunch of the original actors and actresses will NOT be returning.

The show is expected to debut on Prime Video in 2024.
