Freddie Prinze Jr. is returning to the small screen!

The 36-year-old actor, who previously appeared on 24, has signed on for NBC’s untitled comedy pilot from Community writer Hilary Winston.

The show “revolves around Agnes (7th Heaven‘s Sarah Wright), a shy, focused woman who, after being dumped by her fiance (Prinze), leans on her co-workers (played by Mena Suvari, Aubrey Dollar, and Kyle Howard) to help come out of her shell and plot her revenge,” TV Line reports.

Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard have called it quits, JustJared.com can confirm. Tres sad!

“Sources close to the now ex-duo confirm that the breakup was a mutual decision and that no third parties were involved,” E! reports.

Lauren, 25, and Kyle, 33, have been dating since 2008. She starred in the MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and its spin-off series, The Hills. He acted in the TBS Sitcom My Boys.

Yesterday, Lauren attended her brother’s graduation. “Watching my baby brother Brandon‘s high school graduation,” she tweeted. “I feel proud… And OLD!”

The 24-year-old designer (in American Eagle), who will be returning to MTV soon with a new reality show, warmed up with a hot drink from Starbucks on her morning out.

“So happy to finally be home,” Lauren tweeted on Saturday. “I was in 5 different states today… That’s a lot of traveling for one day!” LC has been in all over the country in support of her new books, Sugar & Spice and Lauren Conrad Style!

Kyle Howard flaunts his fit physique while surfing shirtless on Saturday (October 9) in Malibu, Calif.

The 32-year-old actor had a new comedy coming out on NBC called Perfect Couples but TBS wouldn’t allow him to go into production because they still had him under contract. Kyle Bornheimer has since replaced Howard!

Kyle is currently dating reality star Lauren Conrad, who has a new show in the works based on her fashion career. Asked if Kyle would show up in the new series, Lauren responded, “Kyle is not in it.”

The cast of NBC’s new comedy series Perfect Couples — Christine Woods, David Walton, Hayes MacArthur, Kyle Howard, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Olivia Munn — get silly in these new photo booth pictures.

This show, The Cape and Friends With Benefits, will be mid-season replacements season, along with returning reality shows The Apprentice and The Marriage Ref.

Perfect Couples is the latest romantic comedy NBC has picked up, about the misadventures of three engaging couples as they struggle to find out what makes the ideal relationship.

Dave (Kyle Howard, My Boys) and Julia (Christine Woods, Flash Forward) are the relatable, normal couple, but Julia’s hope of remaining the cool, low-maintenance chick is tested by Dave’s attempts to keep both his wife and his needy best friend Vance (Dave Walton, NBC’s 100 Questions) equally happy. Vance, along with the neurotic Amy (Mary Elizabeth Ellis, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), are the high-passion, high-drama couple who bring out the best and worst in each other.

The third duo features Rex (Hayes MacArthur, She’s Out of My League), a reformed party guy, and, and his wife, Leigh (Olivia Munn, Attack of the Show), who considers herself as the group’s mother hen. Believing that they are relationship experts, Rex and Leigh have attended every class and seminar on relationships — and regard themselves as the “perfect couple.”
