Kate Bosworth will star alongside Lake Bell in the indie thriller Black Rock, according to Variety.

The film chronicles three friends on a weekend getaway to an isolated island, who discover that they are not alone.

“It’s a thriller, something bloody and gory and beautiful,” director Katie Aselton told indieWire earlier this year. “I hope it’s within my wheelhouse but if I feel that it’s beyond me then I’m probably going to call in back up… but it’s definitely going to happen, regardless.”

Rumer Willis and Lake Bell arrive at the premiere of No Strings Attached held at the Regency Village Theater on Tuesday (January 11) in Westwood, Calif.

Rumer was there with her mother Demi Moore, 48, who accompanied husband Ashton Kutcher, 32, to the premiere of his new film.

The 22-year-old actress is featured in Badgley Mischka’s new Spring 2011 ad campaign.

Lake, 31, who also stars in the film, rocked the red carpet in a Basil Soda dress with Brian Atwood shoes.

Kate Bosworth celebrates the launch of Burberry Beauty during a tea party at the former home of Tom Cruise on Wednesday (July 14) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress was overheard saying that she’ll soon be vacationing in Boston and Sweden with Alexander Skarsgard (her boyfriend’s home country).

Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer, hosted the event, which was also attended by Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul, tennis champ Serena Williams, Glee’s Jayma Mays, actress Lake Bell and model May Anderson.

You may remember Lake Bell as the Tipper in What Happens in Vegas (Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher) or her stints on The Practice, Surface and Boston Legal. JJ: Do you read blogs often, are you online a lot?

LB: I’m not as much of a blog reader, as much as I am an online shopper. I jump all around. I’m into DesignPublic right now. My mom is an interior desiger and I’m actually furnishing my new apartment. There’s a place called DesignSponge. I love Remodelista, Brooklynski is a really cool shop that my friends do.

JJ: Do you have any plans for the holidays?

LB: I’m going to see my family. My whole family lives in New York right now.

JJ: Do you cook or help cook?

LB: I’m a vegan, so I’m in charge of all the vegan desserts. I’ve ordered everything this time, even though I do love to cook. I like to support this bakery called Baby Cakes in New York, which is a vegan bakery. But you don’t know its vegan, it’s so good.

JJ: How are you ringing in the New Year?

LB: I’ll be in San Francisco it a mansion somewhere at a weird party. It’s in a mansion in a 1920s depression era, an homage to our current times. It’s a black tie 1920s masquerade ball. I’m so ready to be fancy about it.

Lake Bell squeezes into an stretch faille dress by Lyn Devon at the premiere of her new movie, Pride and Glory, at AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 Theatres on Wednesday in New York City.

The 29-year-old actress finished off her look with purple suede pumps by Christian Louboutin and a VBH clutch. Joining Lake on the red carpet were the main characters of the film, Colin Farrell and Edward Norton.

Here’s a quick synopsis of the film via Wiki: Ray Tierney (Norton) is a New York police officer who is part of a multi-generational police family. Tierney investigates a troublesome case that involves his older brother and brother-in-law (Farrell), compelling the family to choose sides between their blood and the New York Police Department.
