LaKeith Stanfield tries to romance Clark Backo in the first trailer for The Changeling.

Based on the acclaimed bestselling book of the same name by Victor LaValle, The Changeling is described as “a fairytale for grown-ups. A horror story, a parenthood fable and a perilous odyssey through a New York City you didn’t know existed.”

Adina Porter, Samuel T. Herring, Alexis Louder, Jared Abrahamson and Malcolm Barrett also star in the upcoming series.

The Changeling will premiere on September 8 on Apple TV+.

If you missed it, LaKeith just recently announced that he got married, and welcomed his third baby.

He’s currently starring in Disney’s The Haunted Mansion (based on the ride of the same name), which is out in theaters now.

The 31-year-old Atlanta actor and musician and the 29-year-old model revealed both their marriage and their baby news to People.

“There’s life before being a parent, and then there’s life being a parent. It completely changes,” he said in a statement.

The 37-year-old musician lifted one side of her bra top to expose on of her breasts on stage during the 2023 Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans, Louisiana over the weekend.

Just last month, Janelle opened up about the insecurity she once had for her breasts, and got candid about her acceptance of them.

In addition to Janelle, Eve also made a big return to the stage over the weekend, alongside fellow musicians Lauryn Hill, Kelly Rowland, Tobe Nwigwe, Ice T, Ice Cube, Coco Jones, Sandra Denton and Cheryl James of Salt-N-Pepa, Tems, Wizkid, Remy Ma, and Lil Wayne.

While the performances were hot, there were also a lot of major discussion panels throughout the weekend.

Vice President Kamala Harris also made a special appearance at the festival, where she spoke with The View‘s Sunny Hostin.

Ghosts and other spooky creatures are coming out to haunt a star-studded cast in the newly released teaser trailer for Disney’s Haunted Mansion.

The movie, which was inspired by Disney World’s attraction of the same name, tells the story of a woman and her son who move into – you guessed it – a haunted manor. After realizing that they have some extra houseguests, they call in a team to help them put thigs to rights.

LaKeith Stanfield has announced that he’s engaged to Kasmere Trice and he’s also responding to claims that he fathered a child with another woman.

The 31-year-old Oscar-nominated actor, best known for his work in Get Out and Judas and the Black Messiah, took to his Instagram account to share the engagement news over New Year’s weekend.

Kasmere shared the news on her social media pages on December 30.

Also over the weekend, Tylor Hurd shared a video to Instagram that showed her and LaKeith spending time with their newborn child.

“decided to leave being someone’s secret family in 2022 ❤️ meet Apollo Stanfield,” she captioned the post.
