Daniel Kaluuya Plays a Real-Life Black Panther in 'Judas & The Black Messiah' - Watch the Trailer!

Daniel Kaluuya starred in the Marvel movie Black Panther and now he’s playing a real-life Black Panther in the upcoming movie Judas and the Black Messiah.

The Oscar-nominated actor is playing Fred Hampton, the chairman of the Black Panther party, in the film that follows his betrayal and assassination.

LaKeith Stanfield, who starred alongside Daniel in Get Out, once again joins him in this movie, which also stars Jesse Plemons, Dominique Fishback, Ashton Sanders, and Martin Sheen.

Here is the synopsis: Chairman Fred Hampton (Kaluuya) was 21 years old when he was assassinated by the FBI, who coerced a petty criminal named William O’Neal (Stanfield) to help them silence him and the Black Panther Party. But they could not kill Fred Hampton’s legacy and, 50 years later, his words still echo… louder than ever.

Lakeith Stanfield and Ari Lennox are looking for love while social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak.

The 28-year-old Atlanta actor took to Instagram Live to ask the singer, also 28, out on a date.

Ari was hosting the Instagram Live while self-quarantining.

While speaking about her love life and sipping on wine, Ari said, “I was just sitting there shedding tears, thinking of my goddamn love life and how its exceedingly non-existent, how it’s just a pitiful mess.”

“Can you be my date? Let’s go,” Lakeith Stanfield wrote in the comments.

Lakeith, I don’t have time for this right now,” Ari Lennox replied, shocked. “Wait, you’re joking…”

“I don’t even know how to say anything right now,” she added.

While making an appearance on Watch What Happens Live along her her The Photograph co-star Lakeith Stanfield, the 35-year-old actress was asked by host Andy Cohen what exactly was going on when the photo was snapped at the Vera Wang show.

While Lisa Rinna and her two girls posed for the camera, Issa was snapped looking blankly off to the side… and a meme was born.

“The photographer wasn’t trying to take a picture of me, so I just moved,” Issa told Cohen. “She was also rubbing my shoulders a lot so I wanted more shoulder room and that was it! Period.”

Issa Rae is a golden goddess while walking the red carpet at the premiere of The Photograph on Tuesday night (February 11) at the SVA Theater in New York City.

The 35-year-old actress was joined at the event by co-stars LaKeith Stanfield, Kelvin Harrison Jr, Lil Rel Howery, Y’lan Noel, Wakeema Hollis, Chante Adams, Christopher Cassarino, Dakota Paradise, and writer and director Stella Meghie.

The new romantic movie will be released in theaters on Valentine’s Day and is perfect for date nights!

The co-stars, ages 40 and 49, respectively, stepped out for the Netflix event held at The Egyptian Theatre on Thursday (January 30) in Los Angeles.

They were joined by their co-stars Paul F. Tompkins, Lakeith Stanfield, Kimiko Glenn, and creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg.

Lakeith Stanfield Tells 'Kimmel' He Wants To Be Next 'Joker': 'Wait Till They See Me Do It'!

LaKeith Stanfield is ready to be the next Joker!

While making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night (January 29), the Knives Out star opened up about his love for the DC character.

“I just like dressing up and I also love the Joker, so there you go. You got both things,” Lakeith told Jimmy when asked about his recent Joker cosplay at the premiere of the Oscar-nominated Joaquin Phoenix movie.

“I’d love to play the Joker. That’d be beautiful,” Lakeith continued before Jimmy questioned if he’d still be up for it after Phoenix‘s high praise for his take. “That makes me go ‘Wait till they see me do it’. Also, I make my own Joker movies at home with my own personal camera. All you gotta do is dress up and make your own. Why not? I still had the makeup on so I was like, ‘Let me just keep going with it.’”

LaKeith also talked about going to modeling school, acting in Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler and Kevin Garnett, and his new movie The Photograph with Issa Rae.
