America’s new million dollar man Larry Birkhead celebrates the news of being Dannielynn‘s father by going shirtless and taking a dip in the water on a beach in the Bahamas on Tuesday.

Ron Rale, Howard K. Stern‘s longtime lawyer pal says “Howard has already called Larry‘s hotel twice since the hearing to ask him to come over tonight, but hasn’t been able reach him.” (Because he was frolicking on the beach!!!)

Rale adds, “Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry‘s entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn.”

Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn, DNA results confirm.

“I told you so,” said Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith‘s former boyfriend Larry Birkhead rejoices after being declared the father of Anna Nicole‘s six-month-old daughter Dannielyn by the Bahamian Supreme Court.

Howard K. Stern admitted defeat saying, “I am obviously very disappointed. I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody. I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody.”

Stern and Birkhead hugged it out right outside the courtroom. Cute!

Anna Nicole Smith‘s funeral took place in a private ceremony at Mount Horeb Baptist Church in Nassau earlier today. Anna‘s coffin was then taken to Lake View cemetery for burial.
