Variety reports that the actress had been living in an assisted living facility in Ohio and was 91.

Lee was also a drama teacher at the Island Theatre Workshop, the paper reports, before she moved to Ohio to be closer to family in recent years.
A small, social distancing service is being planned by her family in Ohio and Lee will also be honored at a memorial service in Martha’s Vineyard at a later date.
