Alec Baldwin‘s seven kids look like they’re headed into the family business!

The 63-year-old actor dressed up his children – Carmen, Romeo, Rafael, Leonardo, Eduardo, and baby Lucia, that he shares with wife Hilaria, in little tuxes for the premiere of his new movie, The Boss Baby: Family Business, premiere in New York City on Tuesday (June 22).

Alec also met up with co-star Amy Sedaris, producer Jeff Hermann, director Tom McGrath and writer Michael McCullers on the blue carpet.

In the sequel movie to the 2017 film, The Boss Baby: Family Business centers on the now grown-up Templeton brothers, who have become adults and drifted away from each other. But, a new boss baby with a cutting-edge approach is about to bring them together again – and inspire a new family business.

The film is set to hit theaters and stream on Peacock on July 2.

FYI: Leonardo and Romeo are both wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria walk the red carpet with three of their four children at the Chairman’s Reception at the 2018 Hamptons International Film Festival on Saturday night (October 6) in East Hampton, New York.

The couple held tight to their three kiddos – sons Leonardo, 2 and Rafael, 3, and daughter Carmen, 5, – as they posed for photos.

The couple are also parents to a four-month-old son named Romeo.

Alec Baldwin took to his Instagram to share the most adorable picture of his three children – Carmen, 3, Rafael, 1, and 7-month-old son, Leonardo – yesterday (April 24).

“The Breakfast Club…,” the 59-year-old actor captioned along with the photo – check it out below!

That same evening, Alec suited up to attend the 2017 National Dance Institute (NDI) Gala with his wife Hilaria, Charlotte d’Amboise and honoree Josh Groban held at the PlayStation Theater on Monday (April 24) in New York City.

“What a crew!! What a beautiful night,” Josh captioned with his Instagram post that evening. “Thank you @nationaldanceinstitute for honoring me tonight and to @charswebnyc and @tvmannoo for your lovely blush inducing introduction.”

Here’s what the happy couple had to share with the mag:

Alec on playing Donald Trump on SNL: “I’m glad that people find it funny… but at the same time, I think people were very worried about the election. Both sides are very passionate so it’s been a very, very difficult time in this country. I haven’t felt like this in a long, long time.”

Hilaria on meeting Alec: “Many people think we [Alec and I] met in a yoga class, but we didn’t. I met him because of yoga.”

Hilaria on raising bilingual children: “Carmen’s first language is Spanish. I only speak Spanish with her and with Alec she is smart enough to know that she needs to switch to English. Alec’s Spanish is getting better and better. His accent is very good.”

Also pictured: Alec, 58, and Hilaria, 32, hitting the red carpet together at the RFK Human Rights Ripple of Hope Awards honoring VP Joe Biden, Howard Schultz and Scott Minerd on Tuesday (December 6) in New York City.
