Check out this hilarious new sketch from Funny or Die featuring Anne Hathaway and Samuel L. Jackson battling each other in a “Sad Off”!

The 30-year-old Les Miserables actress and the 63-year-old Django Unchained actor tried to convince each other that their films were sadder than the other.

Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Hugh Jackman, and Eddie Redmayne attend a special SAG screening and Q&A of their film Les Miserables on Saturday (December 15) at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The film received four nominations for the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards earlier this week, including one for Outstanding Performance By a Cast in a Motion Picture, individual nominations for Hugh and Anne, as well as one for the stunt ensemble.

Anne Hathaway and Amanda Seyfried sandwich in their Les Miserables co-star Hugh Jackman at his Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremony on Thursday (December 13) in Hollywood.

The 44-year-old actor received a coveted star on the illustrious walkway! Congratulations, Hugh!

“It’s kind of a surreal day,” Hugh told E News about the honor. “I’m excited. The star is right here outside where I got to host the Oscars and if the movie gets nominated [for an Oscar], it’ll be nice to get up there and show a little bit of the show to everybody.”

Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe celebrate in style at the premiere of their flick Les Miserables held at the Ziegfeld Theatre on Monday (December 10) in New York City.

The two co-stars, who play enemies in the movie musical headed to theaters on December 25, were joined on the red carpet by cast mate Sacha Baron Cohen, as well as directer Tom Hooper.

Hugh brought along his wife Deborra-Lee Furness for the festivities, while the guys posed for pics with other stars of the flick including Amanda Seyfried and Samantha Barks.
