The Hunger Games movies, adapted from Suzanne Collins‘ dystopian novels, have become one of the most beloved and successful big-screen renditions of young adult fiction in history. Boasting an ensemble cast of A-list talent, many of these actors have gone on to achieve impressive net worths throughout their careers.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth‘s famous love story started on the set of The Last Song over a decade ago.

After calling off an engagement in 2013, the duo reunited and made it down the aisle in 2018 before calling things off for good the following year.

While reflecting on her relationship with Liam in a recent project, Miley said that their chemistry in the movie was “undeniable.”

“I think one of the elements that made that movie feel so special was it was watching two very young people fall in love with each other, which was happening in real life and in real time,” she said.

Miley noted that her ex-husband was one of three actors on the shortlist to play her love interest Will in the movie. Of course, we know now that Liam landed the part, which set their story in motion.

However, you might not remember that Liam was not the first choice for the role. In fact, another actor was cast before he joined the project!
