Meghan McCain‘s newborn daughter is making her social media debut!

The 35-year-old The View co-host took to her Instagram on Wednesday (October 14) to share the first photo of her two-week old daughter Liberty Sage.

“Bliss. ♥️🗽” Meghan captioned the below photo while smiling and holding her daughter in what appears to be her backyard.

Meghan announced on September 28th that she and husband Ben Domenech had welcomed a baby girl. Liberty is the first child for the couple, who married in 2017.

Back in 2008, Meghan‘s father the late Senator John McCain ran as the Republican candidate for President against President Barack Obama.

The 35-year-old talk show host gave birth to a baby girl on Monday night (September 28), ABC News revealed.

Meghan and her husband Ben Domenech have named the little girl, Liberty Sage McCain Domenech. The outlet reported, “Both the mother and baby Liberty are healthy and doing well.”

The pregnancy was first revealed by Meghan on March 22 and she has been open with fans about her pregnancy journey for the past six months. At the time, right at the start of the pandemic, she wrote on Instagram, “My husband Ben and I have been blessed to find out I’m pregnant. Although this isn’t how I expected to announce my pregnancy, both we and our families are excited to share the news with you all.”
