Nick Robinson and Josh Duhamel walk the carpet at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards on Thursday (March 28) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys were joined at the event by Love, Simon co-stars Alexandra Shipp, Keiynan Lonsdale, Clark Moore, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Natasha Rothwell, as well as director Greg Berlanti with husband Robbie Rogers.

The movie won the award for Outstanding Film – Wide Release, beating out Blockers, Crazy Rich Asians, Deadpool 2, and The Girl in the Spider’s Web.

Kristen Bell and Neil Patrick Harris want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see Love, Simon!

The two actors loved the movie so much that they decided to completely buy out movie theaters so people could see it for free.

“Love, Simon is a KNOCKOUT. There are so many important stories that don’t get made. I am so grateful this one did. ❤️ I had absolutely nothing to do with the making of this movie—I just have a huge crush on it and I’d like to share the love. Minneapolis, please enjoy a screening of Love, Simon this Sunday on me. :) Enjoy!” Kristen wrote on her Instagram.

Neil added, “So my husband David (@dbelicious) and I enjoyed @lovesimonmovie so much, we wanted to pay it forward. Others are doing this, and I’m so on board. So we bought out a screening at a theatre in my hometown of Albuquerque, NM for this Sunday afternoon. It’s free, and a great chance to see this wonderful film. Hope you can make it!”

Matt Bomer and his husband Simon Halls want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to see the movie Love, Simon, so they bought out a screening to provide free tickets to some lucky fans in Texas!

The screening will be held on Sunday (March 25) at 4pm at the AMC Spring 10 in Matt‘s hometown of Spring, Tex.

“Please come see @lovesimonmovie in my hometown of Spring, TX for free! @halls.simon and I bought out the whole screening for you. This is an important movie, and a really good one. I know you’ll love it so come watch for free this Sunday!” Matt wrote on his Instagram account.

Tickets will be available at the Theater Box Office on the day of the show. Just ask the cashier for the free showing of Love, Simon. Tickets are first-come first-serve and only one ticket per person. Make sure to get there early!

Matt and Simon were both at the movie’s L.A. premiere last week.

Nick Robinson stars in the new movie Love, Simon about a high-school student’s coming out journey and fans might be wondering if the actor is gay or straight in real life.

The 22-year-old actor confirmed in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that he is straight.

Ellen asked Nick if he hesitated at all to play a gay character and he said that he went back and forth with director Greg Berlanti about it. He also credited Ellen‘s coming out over 20 years ago with the progress that allowed a film like this to hit the big screen.

During the interview, Nick also opened up about how his brother came out to him and his family right when he started filming Love, Simon.

The new movie Love, Simon is going to win over audiences in theaters this weekend and those fans who go to see it might wonder if there’s something to watch after the credits.

There is no extra scene that plays after the credits, but we recommend sitting through the credits roll to see the cute animations and photos that pop up. Also, there’s a good chance that you’ll be an emotional wreck from the film and just not able to get out of your seat!

Here is the film’s synopsis: “Simon Spier (Nick Robinson) keeps a huge secret from his family, his friends, and all of his classmates: he’s gay. When that secret is threatened, Simon must face everyone and come to terms with his identity.”
