Kelsea Ballerini is speaking out after she showed up at the 2022 CMA Awards in the same dress that was worn by another entertainer.
The 29-year-old singer wore the same Balenciaga dress that singer Mackenzie Porter wore on the red carpet and it doesn’t appear that they planned to coordinate their looks.
Kelsea took to her TikTok account the next day and responded to a video about the red carpet moment.

We’re seeing double on the red carpet!
MacKenzie Porter and Kelsea Ballerini both wore the same exact dress to the 2022 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (November 9) at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.
The two country music singers both wore the same long-sleeved, bright blue dress by Balenciaga while walking the red carpet while arriving at the awards show.
The one difference between the two looks is that Kelsea, 29, paired her dress with matching gloves, while MacKenzie, 32, went without gloves.
It’s also important to note that this is the exact same dress that Kim Kardashian wore to the 2022 Vanity Fair After-Oscars Party earlier this year!

Eric McCormack has opened up about how he believes a gay actor “would probably” play his gay role in Will & Grace, if casting happened in 2018.
“I probably wouldn’t get anywhere near this role,” the 55-year-old actor told the Sydney Morning Herald.
“I think it wasn’t a terrible thing in 1998 that a straight guy played the role, but I’m glad that times are changing, and I’m glad that nowadays a Will Truman would probably be cast with someone who is gay,” Eric added. “But does that mean that now when you walk into a casting room you have to state whether you are straight or gay? I don’t know.”
