“Merry X-mas to the Sun-shine of my Life! ⭕️❌⭕️⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️❤️❤️,” the 57-year-old entertainer captioned the picture on Instagram.
Rocco reportedly refused to spend Christmas with his mom and she went to court to make Guy return him to New York City. As the photo Madonna posted is an old one, it’s not clear if her son is definitely with her for the holiday.
Madonna‘s son Rocco, 15, was ordered to go back to New York City with his mom on Wednesday (December 23), despite his desire to live in London, England with his father, director Guy Ritchie.
“He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” Guy‘s attorney said in a statement (via Gossip Cop).
“I’m granting you all the relief you have requested. I’m directing the child to be returned to New York. If he wants to stay with his father, he [first] must return to his mother,” the judge told Madonna on Wednesday, meaning Rocco would be allowed to live with his father abroad, but would have to go through the necessary steps to do so. Rocco will reportedly get his own court-appointed lawyer to help him through the proceedings.
“While we certainly had more than one heated argument during our marriage, Sean has never struck me, ‘tied me up,’ or physically assaulted me, and any report to the contrary is completely outrageous, malicious, reckless and false,” Madonna said in a declaration that she filed in court on Thursday (December 17).
Lee previously compared Sean to Empire star Terrence Howard, who was accused of assault as well. He said that the actor “ain’t done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of the sudden he’s some f—in’ demon. That’s a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America,” according to Variety.
A Madonna fan named Matthew Rettenmund recently published the ultimate guide to the superstar in the form Encyclopedia Madonnica, an encyclopedia dedicated to all things Madonna.
The fan originally released the book in 1995 but he has now updated it to include new facts about Madonna, including interviews with Desperately Seeking Susan publicist Reid Rosefelt and her former stylist Maripol.

The 57-year-old clearly got emotional while opening up to the crowd about the horrific event the night before.
“This whole show is about celebrating life. And standing up for your rights. Fighting for what you believe in,” Madonna told the crowd. “It’s been very hard for me to get through this show and not forget about what happened last night. So I need to take this moment to acknowledge the tragedy. The tragic killings, assassinations and the senseless ending of precious life that occurred last night in Paris.”
She added, “In many ways, I feel torn. Like why am I up here dancing and having fun when people are crying over the loss of their loved ones?”
