Bryce Dallas Howard and Alice Eve hit the red carpet together at the 2016 BFI London Film Festival screening of Black Mirror on Thursday (October 6) in London, England.

Also in attendance at the event were this season’s other stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Malachi Kirby, Alex Lawther, and Jerome Flynn.

New episodes of the anthology series will premiere on Netflix on October 21. Each episode contains its own storyline and different cast members.

Hopper Penn looks the part as he poses for Interview magazine’s “Hollywood’s Most Wanted” feature in the June/July 2016 “Young Hollywood” issue.

The 22-year-old actor opened up about parents Sean Penn and Robin Wright and how they came up with the name Hopper.

“It has to do with Dennis Hopper; my dad was friendly with him and idolized him,” Hopper said. “My dad wanted to name me Steak, the food, because he loves it so much. But my mom was never going to go for it. What they told me is that I hopped in her stomach, I didn’t kick, so they went with that.”

Malachi Kirby plays the role of Kunta Kinte in the new History Channel remake of the mini-series Roots and he is likely to gain a lot of attention for the role!

The 26-year-old actor has been seen in several British series including Doctor Who, Jekyll & Hyde, and Silent Witness. He is also an Evening Stanard Theatre Award nominee for his work in the play Mogadishu.

Malachi will gain more fame with his roles in an episode of Netflix’s new season of the anthology series Black Mirror and in the romantic fantasy film Fallen.

Roots chronicles the history of an African slave named Kunta Kinte (Kirby) sold to America and his descendants spanning several generations. The character can be seen in nights one and two of the mini-series.

The 2016 remake of the Roots mini-series premiered on History Channel tonight and you can meet the full cast right here.

Malachi Kirby was introduced to the world in the first night of the mini-series as the important character Kunta Kinte.

Other stars who will be featured in the four episodes include Forest Whitaker, Laurence Fishburne, Anna Paquin, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Anika Noni Rose, and more!

Roots is a historical portrait of American slavery recounting the journey of one family’s will to survive, endure and ultimately carry on their legacy despite enormous hardship and inhumanity. Spanning multiple generations, the lineage begins with young Kunta Kinte who is captured in his homeland in The Gambia and transported in brutal conditions to colonial America where he’s sold into slavery. Throughout the series, the family continues to face adversity while bearing witness and contributing to notable events in U.S. history – including the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, slave uprisings and eventual emancipation.

Anika Noni Rose is gorgeous as she hits the red carpet at the one night screening of her new TV mini-series Roots held at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on Monday (May 23) in New York City.

The Tony Award-winning actress was joined by her co-stars Anna Paquin and her hubby Stephen Moyer, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his fiancee Mara Lane, T.I.,Erica Tazel, Malachi Kirby, Nancy Dubuc, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Rege-Jean Page, Derek Luke, Lane Garrison and LeVar Burton.
