The first trailer for Christopher Nolan‘s Dunkirk has been released!

The film is an action-war movie starring Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy, Kenneth Branagh, and One Direction‘s Harry Styles.

This is Harry‘s motion picture debut, and fans can expect to see him in some real action scenes! In one moment in the trailer, it appears as if Harry’s character is drowning under water.

Dunkirk will hit theaters on July 21, 2017.

Christopher Nolan has been hard at work on his upcoming movie Dunkirk and the first teaser trailer has been released!

The film is an epic WWII drama starring Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy, and Harry Styles. It centers on the evacuation of the city of Dunkirk in 1940.

The trailer was leaked online after someone recorded it a movie theater, but then Warner Bros. decided to release the high quality version.

Dunkirk will be released on July 21, 2017 and is Nolan‘s first film since Interstellar.

Harry Styles shares a laugh with co-star Cillian Murphy during a coffee break on the Dunkirk set on Thursday (July 28) in Weymouth, England.

The 22-year-old singer and Cillian were seen talking amongst themselves and a few crew members before returning to the boat to resume filming.

During the break, Harry and Cillian were also spotted talking with Mark Rylance and director Christopher Nolan on the next scenes they were shooting.

Mark Rylance, Ruby Barnhill, and director Steven Spielberg pose for photos together at the premiere of The BFG at the Odeon Leicester Square on Sunday (July 17) in London, England.

They were joined at the event by co-stars Rebecca Hall, Rafe Spall, and Penelope Wilton. The original book’s writer Roald Dahl‘s daughter Lucy was also in attendance to celebrate!

The film will be released in the UK on July 22, and is already available in theaters in the USA. Check it out!

Rebecca Hall wows in a stunning Dior dress at the premiere of The BFG during the 2016 Cannes Film Festival held at the Palais des Festivals on Saturday (May 14) in Cannes, France.

The 34-year-old actress joined director Steven Spielberg and co-stars Ruby Barnhill, Mark Rylance, Jemaine Clement, and Penelope Wilton at the premiere and the photo call earlier in the day.

“We just added a little more plot to the movie version of the book, which we did with compliance and cooperation of the entire Dahl estate,” Steven explained ahead of the movie’s event. “They read every draft that we developed. We had a great relationship.”

Mark Rylance has won the award for Best Supporting Actor at the 2016 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (February 28) in Hollywood.

The 56-year-old actor picked up the prize for his work in the movie Bridge of Spies.

Mark beat out The Big Short‘s Christian Bale, The Revenant‘s Tom Hardy, Spotlight‘s Mark Ruffalo, and Creed‘s Sylvester Stallone for the award.

The win brings Mark halfway to becoming an EGOT as he has three Tony Awards to his name. He was nominated for an Emmy last year but didn’t win.

Christopher Nolan‘s next movie has finally been confirmed – he will direct the upcoming WWII drama Dunkirk!

The story for the film is “set during the legendary evacuation of the northern French city during WWII” and Nolan is reportedly looking for teenage newcomers in London for the lead roles, according to Variety.

Among the established actors in talks to join the cast are Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, and Kenneth Branagh.

“We are thrilled to be continuing our collaboration with Christopher Nolan, a singular filmmaker who has created some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful films of all time,” said Greg Silverman, president of Creative Development and Worldwide Production. “Dunkirk is a gripping and powerful story and we are excited to see Chris, Emma and their cast realize it on the big screen.”

The movie already has a release date of July 21, 2017!
