The late-night host has long pretended to hate Matt, who has also gone along with the ruse.
“I’d like to bury the hatchet with someone I’ve had issues with…When I first met Matt, I was the fat one,” Jimmy said. “We’ve had problems. He’s a selfish person. He could have starred in Manchester By the Sea…He made a Chinese ponytail movie [The Great Wall] instead. That movie went on to lose 80 million dollars.”

The 46-year-old actor shared he’s nervously awaiting what host Jimmy Kimmel has in store for him as their long-standing “feud” is about to spill onto the Oscar stage.
“Unfortunately, he’s got an incredible group of writers that work for him, so I’m afraid I’m in for it tonight,” Matt shared on the red carpet. “It’s going to be a little rough.”
Matt and Jimmy‘s infamous feud has hilariously been going on for 12 years now.

FYI: Matt is wearing a Versace tux, Bruno Magli shoes, and a Piaget watch. Luciana is wearing a Versace dress, bag, and shoes with Neil Lane jewelry.

The Great Wall, starring Matt Damon, is hitting theaters at midnight tonight, and fans may be wondering if they should stay until the end to see if there is a post-credits scene.
Well, there is no end-credits scene so no need to stay in your seat for the entirety!
The Great Wall tells the story of an elite force making a valiant stand for humanity on the world’s most iconic structure. The first English-language production for Yimou is the largest film ever shot entirely in China. The Great Wall also stars Jing Tian, Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe and Andy Lau.
The 46-year-old actor opened up about it during his appearance on The Ellen Show, airing on Thursday, February 16.
“He said to me, ‘Well, you have four,” Matt explained. “And I said, ‘Yeah, but not at once. We did it one at a time. I don’t know how anybody does twins. Those sleepless nights…and there’s two of them? There’s just no way. But we’ll see.”
