Elizabeth Banks dons a cute scarf while doing some shopping with her son Felix on Black Friday (November 23) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old actress was seen grabbing a pastry and a coffee while hunting for some deals.

It was recently announced that Elizabeth and her husband Max Handelman welcomed their baby boy Magnus Mitchell Handelman via surrogate.

Mark your calendars, Elizabeth‘s recent film Pitch Perfect will be out on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, On Demand, and Digital Download on Tuesday, December 18.

FYI: Elizabeth is wearing Joe’s jeans and a D&Y scarf. Elizabeth is using her Baby Jogger City Mini stroller.

Elizabeth Banks and her husband Max Handelman have welcomed their second child – a baby boy named Magnus Mitchell Handelman.

The 38-year-old actress announced the news on her official website.

“Magnus was born via gestational surrogate,” Elizabeth shared. “This experience has exceeded all expectations, taught us a great deal about generosity and gratitude, and established a relationship that will last a lifetime. I am also so very thankful to our family and friends for their support throughout this process, as well as the Center for Surrogate Parenting for helping make all this possible.”

Elizabeth and Max already have 1-year-old son, Felix, who was also born via gestational surrogate.

“I now turn my attention to managing two boys under two. For which I am thankful. And all their poop. For which I am less thankful. Wish me luck.”

Congratulations to the happy couple!

The cast was joined by Elizbeth‘s husband Max Handelman – they produced the movie together!

Pitch Perfect, which hits theaters nationwide on October 5, hits all the right notes. This is our second time watching the film and we can’t get enough of it!

Elizabeth Banks is a mom!!

The 37-year-old actress and her husband, Max Handelman, welcomed Felix, a son, into their family via a surrogate, she announced today on her blog.

“The one true hurdle I’ve faced in life is that I have a broken belly. After years of trying to get pregnant, exploring the range of fertility treatments, all unsuccessful, our journey led us to gestational surrogacy: we make a ‘baby cake’ and bake it in another woman’s ‘oven,’ Elizabeth explained. “From that came two miracles. The first was meeting our carrier and her husband who were truly humbling in their decency and generosity. And the second miracle was the birth of our baby boy.”

Felix means “happy” and “lucky” in Latin, and Elizabeth says he definitely fits his name!
