M.I.A Wins Her First-Ever European Award At Q Awards 2016!

M.I.A strikes a pose on the red carpet while attending the 2016 StubHub Q Awards held at The Roundhouse on Wednesday (November 2) in London, England.

The 41-year-old rapper was joined at the event by Best Solo Artist winner James Bay, Best Act In The World Today winners Matt Bellamy and his band Muse, Melanie C, Best Track winners Bastille, Best Breakthrough Act winner Jack Garratt, Q Hero award winner Meat Loaf, Blondie‘s Debbie Harry and Chris Stein, U2 members The Edge, David Evans and Adam Clayton.

“Thank you @QMagazine for being brave enough to actually give me an award in these times!,” M.I.A tweeted after winning Q Innovation In Sound. “The first ever 1 in Europe Eva.”

Singer Meat Loaf Collapses on Stage During a Concert (Video)

Famed singer Meat Loaf collapsed in the middle of his band’s set on Thursday evening (June 16) at Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Canada.

The 68-year-old rocker passed out in the middle of performing “I’d Do Anything for Love,” according to TMZ.

Meat Loaf recently canceled some shows after dealing with an undisclosed illness. His current condition is not known.

In a video of the incident, the crowd is noticeably shocked as crew run onstage to tend to the singer.
