Vanessa Bryant is speaking out in response to Meek Mill‘s lyrics about her late husband Kobe in an unreleased song that has leaked online.

The alleged Meek Mill song, which is reportedly a collaboration with Lil Baby, is titled “Don’t Worry (RIP Kobe).” In the song, the rapper says, “Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe.”

Kobe died in January 2020 in a helicopter crash along with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven other people.

Vanessa took to her Instagram Stories on Monday night (February 22) to express her thoughts on the lyrics.

Meek Mill is being hit with criticism.

The 33-year-old rapper is getting backlash for a new track that surfaced online featuring Lil Baby, which seemingly references Kobe Bryant‘s fatal helicopter crash.

“Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe,” he is heard rapping on the song, which has been listed on Genius under the title “Don’t Worry (RIP Kobe).”

Social media has harshly spoken out against the rapper for the line.

Lil Baby also raps about wanting to “have a son, so I can name him Kobe/Daughter Gigi,” seemingly referring to Kobe’s daughter who also died in the crash.

Meek Mill is seemingly addresses the rumors started by Kanye West that something may have went down between him and his wife Kim Kardashian.

If you missed it, Kanye tweeted, “I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform’ I got 200 more to go This my lady tweet of the night … Meek is my man and was respectful That’s my dog Kim was out of line,” Kanye tweeted, among saying other things.

Well, Meek Mill seemingly responded, writing, “Shit is cappp cmon …..” If you don’t know, “cap” means lies.

Earlier in the day, another source spoke out about what went down between Meek Mill and Kim.

During Kanye West‘s Twitter rant last night, he revealed his suspicion over an alleged meeting that Kim Kardashian and Meek Mill.

“I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform’ I got 200 more to go This my lady tweet of the night … Meek is my man and was respectful That’s my dog Kim was out of line,” Kanye tweeted, among saying other things.

Now, TMZ is revealing the story behind their meeting. The site claims Kim and Meek never met one-on-one. The both participated in a prison reform summit at the Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles where they met with businesswoman Clara Wu Tsai at a restaurant inside the hotel.

A witness says Kim left the hotel alone after the meeting.

Kanye was allegedly jealous about Kim and Meek meeting up, and Kim was aware of this and they spoke about it.

Kim and Meek both do work with Cut50, which is a bipartisan effort to cut crime and incarceration across all 50 states.

Meek Mill is getting political with his new track, “Otherside of America.”

The 33-year-old rapper dropped his new track on Friday (June 5) amid global protests against systemic racism and police brutality.

The song was produced by Shroom and Butter Beats, and includes a sample of Donald Trump speaking: “What do you have to lose? You’re living in poverty. Your schools are no good. You have no jobs. 58% of your youth is unemployed. What the hell do you have to lose?” he says.

“I always dreamed to be on CNN to be able to express myself and speak for the voiceless young men of America. The first step I would say: I grew up in America in a ruthless neighborhood where we are not protected by police, we grew up in ruthless environments, we grew up around murder, you see murder, you see seven people die a week, I think you would probably carry a gun yourself. Would you?” Meek says in the outro of the song.

Meek Mill and girlfriend Milan Harris are now parents of a baby boy!

The 33-year-old rapper revealed the exciting news on Wednesday (May 6) – which also happens to be his birthday.

“Milano dropped me off a king on my birthday! #thebestgift,” he wrote on Twitter.

Meek confirmed that his girlfriend was pregnant back in February amid a feud with ex Nicki Minaj on Twitter.

Meek is already father to sons Rihmeek Williams and Murad Williams from a previous relationship.
