Showtime’s leading television stars from the hit shows Weeds and Dexter hit the stage at the 2012 Television Critics Association summer tour at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (July 30) in Los Angeles.

Weeds‘ Mary-Louise Parker and Hunter Parrish, accompanied by Justin Kirk, Kevin Nealon, Alexander Gould, and writer/producer Jenji Kohan, and Dexter‘s Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter, sat on the panel and answered some gripping questions about what is in store for our favorite characters next season.

“Whatever your opinion about the ranking the seasons, Dexter is never more compelling than when he is in trouble,” Michael said about the upcoming season of Dexter. “And he’s never been in deeper trouble than he is now.”

“I just cried when I read it,” Mary-Louise said about the final script of Weeds, which is concluding it’s run this year.

Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow meet up at the Showtime TCA Party held at the Pagoda on Sunday (July 29) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 41-year-old actor joined his castmates on the panel to dish about some secrets for the show’s upcoming seventh season, including details about Yvonne Strahovski‘s guest starring role!

Elizabeth Olsen rocks a pillbox hat as she heads to the set of her new movie Kill Your Darlings on Monday (March 26) in New York City.

The 23-year-old actress looked beautiful as she stepped out of her trailer to film some scenes. Also on set: Michael C. Hall!

The movie, which is set to be released in 2013, focuses on a murder in 1944 which brings together the great poets of the beat generation.

Michael C. Hall sits down for the Showtime panel held at the San Diego Convention Center during Comic-Con 2011 on Thursday (July 21) in San Diego, Calif.

The 40-year-old actor helped debut a new trailer for the sixth season of his hit show Dexter.

The new season has “a lot of religious elements in it. That’s sort of exciting to see all that play out,” guest star Brea Grant told Zap2It.

Dexter‘s sixth season will premiere on October 2 followed by the series premiere of Claire Danes‘ new show Homeland!
