Sam Smith Caught Saying 'I Don't Like Michael Jackson'

Sam Smith may have found himself in a sticky situation.

While hanging out with pal Adam Lambert on a boat, the 26-year-old “Stay With Me” singer was caught saying he doesn’t “like Michael Jackson” – and fans are not happy about it.

In the video that has now been deleted, Adam shows off the view from the ocean while recording Sam saying, “I don’t like Michael Jackson, but this is a good song.”

Fans quickly took to social media to slam Sam saying that he should have “some respect” for the late King of Pop. Others defended him saying that he’s allowed to have his own opinion.

Sam hasn’t publicly addressed the situation yet.

Michael Jackson is featured on a song on Drake‘s new album Scorpion!

The 31-year-old rapper used some unheard vocals from the late King of Pop on his new song “Don’t Matter to Me” – and you can listen to the song here.

According to TMZ, the song is a previously unreleased Michael song, and Drake reworked it to make it a duet which he sings along to.

Michael Jackson's Life To Be Turned Into a Broadway Musical!

A new Broadway musical inspired by the life of the late entertainer Michael Jackson will be coming to the Great White Way in 2020!

MJ‘s estate has teamed up with Columbia Live Stage to develop a new musical with a book written by two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage.

The music in the show will feature songs from Jackson‘s catalog.

Christopher Wheeldon, a Tony winner best known for his work on An American in Paris, is set to direct and choregraph the show.

Hailee Steinfeld and Neil Patrick Harris paid tribute to Michael Jackson during Lip Sync Battle Live: A Michael Jackson Celebration last night!

The 21-year-old actress and singer and the 44-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor posed for a selfie on stage during the event – hosted by Chrissy Teigen and LL Cool J – held at Dolby Theatre on Thursday (January 18) in Hollywood.

Hailee dazzled in two different looks, bringing down the house with a performance of Michael‘s “The Way You Make Me Feel,” and Neil nailed his performance of the King of Pop’s “Smooth Criminal.”

Additionally, Taraji P. Henson performed “Beat It,” Laverne Cox slayed her version of “Dirty Diana,” and the group all teamed up for a performance of “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin.’”

Watch all of the performances below, and tune for the season four premiere of Lip Sync Battle on Thursday (January 25) at 10pm ET/PT on Paramount Network.

Zac Efron Reveals He & Michael Jackson Once Cried Together (VIDEO)

Zac Efron is opening up about an encounter with one of his biggest heroes!

During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the 30-year-old actor revealed that he and the late Michael Jackson once chatted on the phone – and made each other cried!

Zac went on to share that High School Musical director Kenny Ortega was once on the phone with the late King of Pop and passed the phone off to Zac who went on to gush about Michael.

“I picked up the phone and I go, ‘Hello?’ and he goes, ‘Oh this is Zac from High School Musical, and I was like, ‘Uh, yeah,’” Zac shared. “And he was like, ‘Oh I love what you do. I’m a huge fan.”

Zac continued: “That made him cry. We’re both crying to each other on the phone and he ended the whole phone call conversation along the lines of, ‘Hey Zac. Isn’t it awesome? Dreams really do come true, don’t they.’”
