Michael Lewis is sharing his thoughts on Michael Oher‘s recent lawsuit.

Earlier this month, it was reported that the former NFL star had filed legal documents to terminate his conservatorship in Tennessee.

He alleged that Leigh Anne Tuohy and Sean Tuohy had lied about adopting him and claimed that they tricked him into making them his conservators when he turned 18. He also claimed that the success of The Blind Side meant that the Tuohy family made millions off his name while he never received a dime.

While speaking with The Washington Post on Wednesday (August 16), Michael Lewis – who wrote the book that The Blind Side is based on – said that none of the real-life figures featured in the film have gotten any money of it in the 13 years since it was released.

Lady Kitty Spencer, who is the late Princess Diana’s niece, is reportedly engaged to her boyfriend Michael Lewis.

The Daily Mail reports that the 60-year-old fashion mogul millionaire proposed before Christmas. He is the chairman of the South African retailer Foschini.

“She’s been in Cape Town for the holidays and told her mother and the rest of the family,” a friend said. “Michael is loved by all of them. Despite his wealth, he’s very humble and low key.”

The couple have made no official statement at this time. Congrats to the couple!

Here’s what the actors had to say about meeting their real-life counterparts:

Ryan: “The character I play is loosely based on a real person [Greg Lippmann], but he’s also the narrator of the film and the tour guide through this world. It was a challenge because I’m trying to play him but at the same time have one foot outside of the movie and be almost like a talk show host or something. I wouldn’t want someone to play me, unless it was Steve.”

Steve: “I met with [Steve Eisman]. We had breakfast. I read up on him. He said he had better hair. That was his one comment. He was very, very proud of his hair. He said, ‘My wife married me because of my hair.’”

Christian: “Michael [Burry] came to visit the set a number of times. And he’s a fascinating individual. We just talked for, it was like eight or nine hours straight. I became very fond of him. I love playing real characters because you create a mannerism, and the director might question that, but you’ve got the evidence. You can just call him over and chat with him for a little bit and go, ‘See, right?’”
