Lisa Marie Presley‘s eight-year-old twin daughters are reportedly in protective custody after indecent material was discovered on her ex’s computer.

The 49-year-old singer’s ex, musician Michael Lockwood, had disturbing photos of children on his laptop, according to new court documents from their divorce proceedings.

The documents explain that Lisa Marie was “shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach” after the discovery.

Although Michael has yet to be convicted of crimes related to his possession of the photos, there is a trial set for March.

The court documents did not specify why the children were allegedly removed from Lisa Marie‘s custody in addition to Michael.

We hope the situation is resolved quickly for Lisa Marie.

Lisa Marie Presley has filed for divorce from her musician husband Michael Lockwood, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“She doesn’t want any of his money,” a source told TMZ of the couple’s split. The date of separation was listed as June 13, and “irreconcilable differences” listed as the reason why.

Lisa wants full custody of the couple’s seven-year-old daughters. They have a post-nup, and she is not asking for spousal or child support. Lisa is willing to give Michael visitation if it is monitored.

The couple married in 2006.

The 40-year-old daughter and heir of Elvis Presley welcomed her daughters with 47-year-old musician husband Michael Lockwood by her side at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Lisa Marie‘s two older children, Riley, 21, and Ben, 16, from her first marriage to Danny Keough, were also present for the twins’ arrival.

“Lisa Marie is mom to four now! She’s feeling good, a little tired too,” a family friend reveals. “She is so happy and Michael is ecstatic. He’s wanted to be a dad for so long. This is his dream come true…. The babies are healthy and beautiful. Ben was seen pushing them down the hall in their cart and cooing to them.”
