Rosie O’Donnell and her sweetheart, Michelle Rounds, are engaged, a rep for Rosie tells JustJared.com.

The 49-year-old Rosie Show host and Michelle, a New York City-based corporate headhunter, who are pictured here at a Thanksgiving “Feed A Friend” event in Miami, met at a Starbucks a few months ago and have been together ever since.

Rosie‘s rep tells us there isn’t a set date yet for the nuptials – stay tuned!

Late last month, Rosie and Michelle were spotted going for a motorcycle ride together in Miami Beach.

The 49-year-old host of OWN’s The Rosie Show and Michelle, a New York City based corporate headhunter, have been dating for several months.

“They met at a Starbucks a few months ago,” a source told People in late September. “They are adorable together and are very, very happy.”

On Twitter, Rosie recently told pal Juliette Lewis that the age difference in her relationship doesn’t bother her. “I am 9 [years] older than Michelle,” she tweeted. “Works 4 me”.
