Mila Kunis & Alex Borstein Celebrate 400 Episodes of 'Family Guy' With Their Cast

Mila Kunis points out her character Meg during the 400th Episode Celebration of Family Guy.

The 39-year-old actress met up with her co-stars Mike Henry, Seth McFarlane, Alex Borstein, Arif Zahir, and Seth Green for the event, held over the weekend at the Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Mila revealed that she once asked for a makeover for Meg.

“I only ever asked once for Meg to get a makeover,” she shared. “It was like years into the show, and I was like, ‘Just give her something. Get the condom hat off of her head, give her a hairdo.’”

Mila adds that after her request, “They gave her blonde hair, and I was like, ‘Thank God! Like finally!’”

The character did get one too, but it didn’t last that long.

After Meg’s makeover, she went from being bullied to an overnight teen music sensation. The newfound success goes to her head, and gets on her family’s nerves, and after realizing the ugly side of fame, Meg reverts to her old, pink hat wearing days.

Just recently, Mila opened up about one of her other famous roles.

'Family Guy' Casts New Voice for Cleveland Brown for Season 19

Family Guy has found its new voice for beloved character Cleveland Brown.

26-year-old YouTuber Arif Zahir will take over the role for the show’s 19th season, which is set to air in the 2021-22 season, Seth MacFarlane and showrunners confirmed on Friday (September 25).

Mike Henry, who has voiced the character throughout the show’s run, said in June that he would step away from the part in re-thinking the voice casting for characters of color. He will continue to voice other characters and write for Family Guy.

“It’s been an honor to play Cleveland on Family Guy for 20 years. I love this character, but persons of color should play characters of color. Therefore, I will be stepping down from the role,” he said at the time.

Arif will begin voicing Cleveland in season 19, which is beginning production.

“Firstly, I’m eternally grateful to have received this once in a lifetime opportunity. When I heard that Mike Henry was stepping down from the role of Cleveland Brown β€” my favorite cartoon character of all time β€” I was shocked and saddened, assuming we’d never see him again. When I learned I would get to take over the role? Overabundant gratitude. To Mike, you created something truly special and I promise I will do my absolute best to honor your legacy,” Arif said.

Mila Kunis Joins Seth MacFarlane & 'Family Guy' Cast at 300th Episode Celebration!

Mila Kunis strikes a pose with her cast mates while attending Family Guy’s 300th Episode Celebration hosted by Fox held at Cicada on Wednesday (January 10) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old actress was joined by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Henry, Seth Green and Alec Sulkin, as well as executive producer and co-showrunner Richard Appel.

“It was the first show I had ever pitched, so I didn’t know what to expect. At one time I did think it was possible, then I realized it wasn’t. And then I later realized it was,” Seth told THR about reaching their 300th episode.

“Every show has its prime, and every show moves past that prime. Can you adapt to changing times? Can you adapt to changing tastes? It’s not something that worries me,” Seth added. “When the show is ready to end, it will end. No show is at its creative peak past season seven. It really becomes a comfort issue. The characters become people you feel comfortable having in your home each week, and it becomes tradition. And to be honest, I don’t know if anyone would say Family Guy or Simpsons has its best years ahead of it. It changes into something else. There was a point maybe about 12 years ago where I thought we should end while we were still a fairly young show. I went off to do [the 2012 film] Ted, and that is when I disengaged from the writers room. This show can exist on its own without me and exist very well. New showrunning blood is one of the best things for a series at that stage.”
