Rachel Nichols is all smiles after becoming engaged to her boyfriend Mike Kershaw!

“ENGAGEMENT DRINKS: Thanks for all the well-wishes!” the 33-year-old actress wrote on Instagram along with the pic.

Rachel and Mike are currently celebrating their engagement by spending time in Manhattan, where they stopped for Broadway shows and dropped by Grand Central Terminal.

This will be the second marriage for Rachel, who was previously married to Star Trek producer Scott Stuber. The pair ended their marriage in 2009 after seven months.

Congrats to the happy couple!
