Singer and songwriter Mike Posner, who is known for his hits “Cooler than Me” and “Please Don’t Go,” revealed that he was bit by a baby rattlesnake and had to be airlifted to a hospital for treatment.

The 31-year-old entertainer was in the middle of an epic walk across the country when the bite happened. He was in Colorado and had already walked 16 miles that day, with 8 more to go.

“Whatup doe!!! Crazy day yesterday! I had just crushed 16 miles and was going for 8 more when I got but by a baby rattlesnake! 🐍 That venom is no joke! I got to the hospital and got the anti-venom in time,” Mike posted on Instagram. “Shout outs to G and Mike from the chopper team 🚁 and Bo and Cassie and Whitney (my nurses). I’ll be here a few days and will not be able to walk for several weeks but enjoying the AC and the nice bed, haven’t had those in a while Hahahaha! Can’t wait to get back on The Walk! KEEP GOING!!!!!!”

Mike Posner‘s new album A Real Good Kid is out now, and you can listen to it right here!

The 30-year-old “I Took a Pill in Ibiza” singer – who will soon be walking across America – released his third studio album on Friday (January 18).

It marks his first album since 2016′s At Night, Alone.

Mike revealed on Instagram that the project is dedicated to his late father, who passed away two years ago, as well as his late friend Avicii and a recent breakup.

It features 11 tracks including his previously released singles “Song About You,” “Move On,” and “Stuck In The Middle.”

Nick Jonas dances it out in the just released music video for his brand new song “Remember I Told You,” featuring Anne-Marie and Mike Posner!

The 24-year-old entertainer is joined by a crew of models in the minimalist clip, before Anne-Marie and Mike come through for their verses and join in on the fun.

Nick Jonas has released his catchy new song “Remember I Told You!”

The 24-year-old singer teamed up with Mike Posner and Anne-Marie (of Clean Bandit) for the hot collaboration.

Following Last Year Was Complicated, “Remember I Told You” is the first single off Nick‘s upcoming album.

“The new track was written last year while I was on tour, which is one of my favorite times to write, when I’m constantly in front of new audiences and being inspired on a nightly basis,” he told Hero Magazine about the song. “It was a rainy day in Maine, so I went on the studio bus and I started this track and I really liked the way it sounded.”

“I text Mike Posner who was the special guest on the tour, I was like, ‘Hey man, why don’t you come onto the bus, I’ve got this track going you might be into,’” he added. “He came out, listened to it two times, and was like, ‘I love it, I’ve got some lyric ideas.’ So he jumped in the booth, and within five hours from the time I started the beat to the time I eventually laid my vocals in with the lyrics that we’d written, it was pretty much done.”

One of the weirdest moments that happened during the 2017 Grammy Awards was on the red carpet when Mike Posner wouldn’t speak into the microphone for his interview for E!’s Live from the Red Carpet special.

The 29-year-old singer, who was nominated for Song of the Year for “I Took a Pill in Ibiza,” walked the carpet with hip-hop artist Blackbear and they had matching green hair that reminded us of Jared Leto‘s Joker from Suicide Squad.

While being interviewed by Giuliana Rancic, Mike wouldn’t speak into the microphone and audibly whispered his answers to Blackbear, who then spoke to the host.

When Giuliana first asked them what they were whispering about, Blackbear said, “We’re talking about you right now.” He then said how Mike thinks she’s “very beautiful and he wants to marry you.” Watch the full interview below!

Maren Morris is “still freaking out” about the 2017 Grammys!

The 26-year-old country singer looked gorgeous at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Party held at The Beverly Hilton on Saturday (February 11) in Los Angeles.

She was joined at the event by Tori Kelly, Lukas Graham (singer Lukas Forchhammer and drummer Mark Falgren), Halsey, Ryan Tedder, Pete Wentz, Mike Posner, Elle King, Jessie J, and Joel Madden.

Maren took to Instagram earlier in the day to share a snap of herself posing next to Alicia Keys at rehearsals (below).

“We’re just a little excited! #grammys2017,” Maren captioned the pic.

Maren is up for Best New Artist at the award show, along with three other nominations. Lukas Graham is up for Record of the Year and two other nominations. See the full list of nominees here.
