Miley Cyrus‘ parents are calling it quits for good – Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from her husband Billy Ray Cyrus, according to TMZ.

The couple has been married for 19 years and they have five children together. Billy Ray had filed for divorce three years ago, but then dropped it after they worked things out.

Tish cited “irreconcilable differences” in her filing and she is asking for full physical and legal custody of their only minor child Noah, who is 13.

“@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?” Miley tweeted just a few hours ago on Thursday (June 13).

Miley Cyrus called into the The Kane Show on Hot 99.5 in D.C. early this morning (June 12) to clear up some rumors about her and Liam Hemsworth, as well as address the pictures of her and Justin Bieber that are floating around the Internet.

When asked if she was dating the 19-year-old entertainer, Miley, 20, responded “I’m ENGAGED! I’m engaged. That is impossible.”

Miley was also asked about Amanda Bynes talking smack about her, which she responded, “I won’t even entertain.”

Miley and her fiance Liam have been facing break up rumors, but it looks like they are still together!
