Jaimie Alexander and Ming-Na Wen walk the carpet at the 2017 Action Icon Awards held at the Sheraton Universal on Sunday afternoon (October 23) in Universal City, Calif.

The ladies were both honored at the event – Jaimie with the Action Iconic Award and Ming-Na with the Action Icon Award.

“Really honored to receive the #ActionIconicAward yesterday with my amazing double @stuntgirlheidi �’�🏻,” Jaimie wrote on Instagram.

“Honored to receive #actioniconawards and celebrating with some of our @agentsofshield Action Unit! Also, super happy for Ming Qiu for being nominated for Stuntwoman of the Year!! She is SOOO deserving of it!” Ming-Na wrote on Instagram.

Also pictured at the event are Rachel Crow and Alyson Stoner.

Chloe Bennet joins her Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. co-stars while attending Hulu’s New York Comic Con After Party on Friday (October 6) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress and her co-stars – Clark Gregg, Henry Simmons, Ian De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Ming-Na Wen, and Natalia Cordova-Buckley – were also joined at the event by Gregg Sulkin, Josh Hutcherson, Tyler Posey, Katherine McNamara, Alisha Wainright, Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg, Seth Green, and Haley Joel Osment.

Tyler is also pictured wearing a cape while attending the Nissin Cup Noodles Lair at the annual Heroes After Dark celebration.

Earlier that day, a new trailer for Josh‘s upcoming Hulu show Future Man was released.

Clark Gregg and Chloe Bennet brought Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to 2017 New York Comic Con!

The 55-year-old actor and the 25-year-old actress spoke on stage during the series’ panel on Saturday (October 7) in New York City.

They were joined by their co-stars Ming-Na Wen, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, and Natalia Cordova-Buckley.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return for an explosive fifth season with a special two-hour premiere on December 1 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

“We’re so proud of the way that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has grown creatively every season,” said Channing Dungey, president of ABC Entertainment. “The series is a top performer for us especially in delayed viewing where we see almost triple-digit increases. Season five is their strongest season yet, and we can’t wait for the fans to see it. We feel that the move to Friday, creating a ‘genre night’ on ABC, appeals to the show’s loyal fan base.”

We can’t wait to watch all of the secrets and mysteries of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division unfold in space!

Ming-Na Wen, who voiced the role of Mulan in the 1998 Disney film, has a request of filmmakers putting together casting for the new live action movie.

When asked what she wants for the actress that will step into the main role, she responded, “That she’s Chinese in her heritage.”

“Even though we’re Pan-Asian, it is specifically a Chinese folklore and I really think that someone with that ethnic background [would] really just add more to the story,” she told ET.

Besides voicing the role in the 1998 animated film, Ming-Na also has voiced Mulan for several other projects over the years. She now plays the role on Melinda May on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Chloe Bennet is the lady in white at the season four premiere of her hit show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. held at Pacific Theatre at The Grove on Monday (September 19) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Elizabeth Henstridge, Iain De Caestecker, Ming-Na Wen, Henry Simmons, Maurissa Tancharoen, Gabriel Luna, John Hannah and Natalia Cordova-Buckley.

Also in attendance at the big event were co-star Elizabeth Henstridge, as well as The 100‘s Ricky Whittle, and Gotham‘s Michael Chiklis, David Mazouz, Camren Bicondova, and Jessica Lucas.
