Laura Dern and Minnie Driver are looking so beautiful!

The Big Little Lies actress and the Speechless star both hit the red carpet at the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (February 24) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 28-year-old Suicide Squad actress and the 25-year-old Bohemian Rhapsody star both looked fierce and fashionable at the event. Bohemian Rhapsody is nominated for five Oscars this year, including Best Picture.

Elizabeth Chambers, Ruby Modine and her father Matthew Modine, Minnie Driver and Addison O’Dea were all in attendance at the dinner.

The Speechless actress made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday (December 14), which was guest-hosted by Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Ellie Kemper.

Minnie, who became a U.S. citizen last year, spoke about the odd questions she was asked during her citizenship test. She also talked about voting for the first time in this year’s midterm elections and revealed that she brought her elderly neighbors to the polls.

Minnie Driver is sharing her opinion of child actors.

It all started when a fan reached out and wrote, “we have a very talented very curly haired little 10yr old girl here who is auditioning to play The Rock’s daughter! Can you offer up any advice for her? :)”

Minnie bluntly responded, “Finish school.”

She then clarified, “Just gave what might be interpreted as a dismissive response 2 children acting. I should clarify:Ive worked with lots of child actors and they are great(mostly) However I will never 4 a sec believe a set is a good place for a child. Education can only ever make you a better actor.”
